Mr. Sabor Fusion is a hidden gem if you’re looking for authentic Cuban and Spanish cuisine done right. I started with the croquettes, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and full of flavor on the inside — clearly made with care. For dessert, the guava cheesecake was outstanding: balanced sweetness, rich but not heavy, and easily one of the best I’ve had.

What really elevates the experience is the service — very attentive, modest, and welcoming without feeling forced. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. They also have a solid alcohol selection that pairs well with the menu.

Overall, this is a place that focuses on quality, flavor, and hospitality. Highly recommended if you appreciate good food and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered the chicken and rice, and it was excellent, full of great flavor and perfectly prepared. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The place was extremely clean, with a great overall presentation and atmosphere.

Passed by out of impulsive and may I say was definitely not disappointed one bit! The ambience, the service, and especially the food was absolutely amazing! I had Zarzuela de mariscos which was divine! The menu has so many options that I’ll most definitely be making a return to try other items!

What a total 💎 GEM right in my own neighborhood!!! If you haven’t been to Mr. Sabor, you are seriously missing out. The food? 🔥 The sangria? 👌🏽 But listen… the flan 🍮 didn’t even make it to the photo op because it was that good. No exaggeration—one of the best flans I’ve ever had. Run, don’t walk… and don’t say I didn’t warn you 😌✨

If you're looking for authentic Cuban food in the Houston area, this is definitely the place to stop. I’d been craving a really good Cuban sandwich, and this place hit the spot. Today was my second visit, and it was just as good as the first — consistent quality all the way.
The owner is incredibly kind, and you can feel the pride in the food. The beef empanadas were delightful: perfectly fried, flavorful, and filled with green olives (which I love). We also ordered the pork masas chunks with black beans, white rice, and sweet plantains. Everything tasted homemade and genuinely authentic.
I haven’t tried their paella yet, but I saw it today and I’m already planning to come back for it — along with several other dishes on their menu. If you get the chance, stop by. This place truly serves the real deal when it comes to Cuban food.

It feels like home… my fiancé found this restaurant online wanting a good Cuban sandwich. This restaurant did not disappoint. We enjoyed the chicken pastelillos and the Cuban sandwich. We will be back for the Paella. Totally recommend. The restaurant felt like home, the owners are very welcoming and attentive. Really enjoyed everything.
