The thing I miss about Texas the most is small places like this where you can get a taco, torta, and burrito inexpensively, quick and delicious. You know it it the place when during our lunch at the picnic table, a steady stream of local contractors rolled in.
This is my new favorite taco truck in the greater Clear Lake/ Friendswood area. The price to food quality factor here is awesome. I had the beef fajita tacos, papusas, and a quesadilla. The beef fajita tacos were excellent. Because this place specializes in papusas, the flour tortilla was waaaay better than other tortillas. Incredibly fresh. Gotta say this is probably the best taco truck I've been to in all my 31 years of living in Texas which says a lot. Everything was packed with flavor and great prices.They have the best papusas I've ever had and the beef fajita quesadillas were fantastic as well.
