Wonderful experience getting to know Mike and his family this weekend! We will be back for sure.
This is close to my heart.
1. I live in Friendswood and the truth is this old city is dripping with ooooold racism. So anytime I walk into a new shop I’m so freakin nervous. I know - still today? Yes. BUT you wouldn’t believe how much it’s here in the very fine little town. However. Instantly, I knew I was safe in this store.
2. I found this little gem during the onset of COVID in 2020. Shelves fully stocked. When was there I had bronchitis and I purchased an essential oil blend and gave it a try - WORKED! I aaaalways keep some just in case. It’s even great for allergies which I totally have- ugh.
3. I leave a message of support/ review ONLY when I truly believe because God has blessed me with power of influence with my words. Just saying… probably why I’m a counselor.
4. I got sick and noticed I was out of my oil!!! They were closed and Mike opened to make sure I got my bottle. He did NOT have to do that. I’m so grateful that I cried. Cried hard. For someone that gives so much and goes out of her way, it’s touching that someone would even attempt to do that for me. And that, I’m said to say, doesn’t happen very often.
I wanna gatekeep this place and protect it so no one hurts and or destroys it. But I share it with people I know and love so much so they know where to go for:
A. Amazing customer service- that’s at the top of my list
B. Quality product
C. A caring atmosphere with great patronage (I can’t get out of that store without hearing someone else tell me “oh I love this place and Mike and I will always protect t him” - so see I’m not the only one.
All I ask is if you find your way in this store- be kind and protect them. They are the epitome of ma and paw shop in a great community that we can depend on. In other words- don’t go in there being mean and show your azz.
Ok love ya!
Love this place
Excellent health shop & Cafe - Pharmaceutical grade supplements n Vitamins, Organics, Nutritional counseling available.
I met Mike today. He’s knowledgeable and seems like a sincere man. Takes time and is patient with each customer.
I ordered the avocado sandwich to go, which has no meat or cheese. Somehow I received a turkey, cheese, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. Not to mention it cost 12 dollars for a sandwich the size of my fist. I will not be returning.
I didn't go. I called to find out if they take ebt, to which the girl said they don't and that they don't sell food. She said it's a vitamin store (the cafe must be separate). Google categorizes this place as a health food store.
Terrific old-school supplement store + healthy kitchen. Hard to find a health store/restaurant like this these days. Please support them.
Nature's Garden is a gem! The food is not just awesome; it's a delightful journey into healthy, flavorful options. Mr. Mik, the owner, not only possesses an impressive knowledge of nutritious cuisine but also treats his customers like cherished family members. Stepping into the restaurant feels like entering a warm embrace – the comfort is so palpable that leaving becomes a reluctant task. For a dining experience that combines exceptional food with genuine hospitality, Nature's Garden is the place to be.

I went in for Manuka honey and of course they delivered. The person minding the store was very kind and we also found common ground. I shall return
They carry a huge variety and the best part is that every brand they carry, is the very best in the respective category. The owner, Mike, is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The food the make in their kitchen is awesome. Although you can go anytime but Mike also meets with an appointment where he spends couple of hours to formulate a tailored plan for that positive change towards a healthy and happy life.
Much respect to the cook and owner. Real knowledgeable about the product he sells and all. My Son had a fever, pick up some medication and chicken soup it was. Delicious. Also pick up some medication to bust up my help and fight Covid
They have good food and products, and the customer service is usually good as well. Unfortunately, they are so so so slow with the food. I've waited almost an hour for a club sandwich and a smoothie. I got there at 4:17, left at 5:13. I was the only one there and had been the whole time. I don't understand how it can take so long. It's very frustrating and I don't think I'll be returning because of this.
Nice nature shop, it reminds me of my favorite shop back in Arcadia California, happy days.. older gentleman who makes all organic foods.. No meats though.. nice to find similar here in houston
