Really subpar for the usual expectations of Perry's. Several tables unbused, food not par for price, and steak not cooked to request doneness. Unfortunately, it was really a letdown.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Perry & Sons, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon entering, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable evening.
Our waiter, Chris, was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment he introduced himself, he displayed a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. He was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations based on our preferences. I opted for the filet mignon, and Chris assured me it was one of their best offerings. He was right; it was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender.
The service throughout the evening was impeccable. Chris checked on us at just the right moments, ensuring our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His attentiveness truly enhanced our dining experience.
As the night progressed, I noticed the manager, Marcus, making rounds to engage with guests and ensure everything was satisfactory. It's clear that he prioritizes customer satisfaction and fosters a great atmosphere for both guests and staff. His presence added to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant.
The meal concluded with a delightful dessert that Chris recommended, which was the perfect ending to an exquisite dinner. Overall, the combination of delicious food, attentive service from Chris, and the welcoming management led by Marcus made this steakhouse a standout choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Five stars all the way!

The service and the food are incredible, 10/10 recommend. But the restaurant building seemed quite dated and I think the AC doesn’t work all through the restaurant because all the staff seemed really hot and tired. Manager Chris was very nice when we had a problem with our card, was very kind and understanding, but he too seemed quite sweaty which was really unprofessional. Overall 8/10

Perry & Son's Market & Grille has been a part of my life for decades. I grew up in the Sagemont area and used to shop at their old location on Scarsdale. While I was sad to see the old store go I'm very glad they opened this 'new' location. The store has all the great offerings I grew up with, including their incredible porkchops. Seriously, if you have never tried one you need to go there right now. The service is kind, friendly, and polite. They are always quick to help with a purchase or answer questions. You can get get a number of their meats vacuum sealed and ready for transport. I will often come in with a cooler and pick up their food to take home as treats during the week. Dining in is a great option as well. They have an elegant but casual feel that is very inviting. Did I mention the porkchop? It bares repeating, you should really try one.

Perfect to-go meal every time!!!
I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the Perry's Online Market team. I had ordered food items to be delivered to my door from the market, and one of the meat items had a packaging flaw that made me not want to consume the meat. I reached out to support, showed them the issue, within a few minutes I had a response, and within hours I had a replacement order sent out. This is the level of service I've come to love and expect from a higher end eatery and marketplace such as Perry's. This is why I've been a loyal Perry's customer for years! Thank you!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Greatly prefer this location over the one in Baybrook that's always so loud and full of obnoxious corporate dweebs.
My wife and I came here for a cheeky Tuesday date because why not? We started with a bottle of Pinot Noir and some bread. Both DELICIOUS! My wife got a Caesar salad as a side, which came early. Amazing taste. I ordered the pork chop and she ordered the peppercorn strip. Both incredible and perfectly cooked. I had the asparagus as a side but didn't eat it. Brought it home instead to zest it up a bit. Just a personal preference thing.
The environment there is so relaxed and peaceful, a cozy neighborhood restaurant vibe. Our waitress, Kaitlin, was a delight. Very attentive but not at all overbearing. Thanks for explaining the pork chop sections for me!
We love this place and can't wait to return!

My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. They made the table look pretty with some rose petals and they gave us the dessert of our choice gratis which was very nice. We had filet mignon, baked potato, salad, bread, and a shrimp appetizer. It was absolutely delicious. Our steak was cooked a perfect medium rare (that we requested). The service was top notch. I highly recommend Perry and Sons in Friendswood for a delicious steak dinner.
Kid-friendliness: This is a little more upscale than the typical place that you take kids for dinner. They would be happy to serve them, of course, but I don't think the kid would enjoy it much.

Worst steak I've had at Perry's in 40 years. A thin, tough, unseasoned Ribeye I wouldn't eat. I've had better pieces of meat at Sizzler.

A friend recommended the asparagus appetizer: it has no right to be as good as it is. The meal was well seasoned and all. But we'll be back for that fried asparagus w crab meat.

You just have to stop by to try that incredible thick pork chop that people are raving about. I'm not a fan of pork chops (never cook them), but i know if i were to crave it, then this would be the place. If you're a meat eater this place for the pork chop has to be on your list.
