This place is truly impressive. It doesn't matter if the line is 10 mi long or there is only one card in front of you. They will take an ungodly amount of time to make your food. It's not worth going to for that reason and just go to the Chick-fil-A down the street.

Edit: store's been open for an hour, I'm sitting at the drive-thru for 15 minutes and not a single employee is here. All the lights are on, and somebody's moving around in the back but not taking any orders. I really hate that this is the closest Popeyes to my house.

Edit: this is really my fault. My wife and I keep trying this place every 4 months hoping to God they fired every single employee and got a new staff. My wife wouldn't even get anything, she chose Chick-fil-A this time and I should have as well. Cold chicken tenders, weren't even the right kind, and completely ignored me three times in a row while I said I wanted gravy. I even got four chicken strips when I should have got five anyway. I'm just at a loss right now I don't know how this place continues to get worse with every visit. I'm 2 visits away from them just giving me the raw chicken and telling me to cook it myself.

I have been going and buying a spicy breast at drive thru about once a week. Price was $2.91. On April 16, 2026 after waiting my turn in line and ordering Spicy breast, I was told it was $3.99. That seems like a big price increase and I asked her about it. Got no response just rudeness. I paid when I got home with cold chicken and hard cold biscuit, I discovered I did not get Spicy chicken breast and biscuit was cold and Hard.
I will not be coming back. I pass several places to buy chicken on my way and will start buying my chicken breast elsewhere. Hopefully with friendlier nice employees and good chicken and biscuits.

I’m not sure if they only have half a person working or what but waiting in line for 13 minutes to order is insane. Then get told they’re out of ALL sandwiches. Put a sign on the damn menu or something, I could’ve pulled out of line at that point. That was my mistake for not going to the location I normally go to. Drove 20 minutes to the El dorado location and got what I was craving. I should’ve listened to the reviews for this place. Bring a book to read if you go to this location because you’re going to be in line for a while.

For a Popeyes that is in a busy location, it’s extremely understaffed. One person cooking and one person taking and filling orders. It’s been this way for months, so I choose to go to another location now.

My food is always fresh and hot, they always take care of me and make sure I have my sauces that I asked for. And the facility is always clean… special thanks to Ms.Maria.

Stopped in for some chicken at lunch and this place was packed. I have never seen one person work as hard as Maria. She was taking orders, making orders and was very pleasant. On top of that the chicken was excellent! I was so impressed I left a business card and would love to have an employee that works half as hard as she does.

The younger man in the drive thru was so on point and personable! I wish we got his name so I could put it in the review. The chicken is always fire but this kid made our night!
