we had an order for pickup at 6. we get her a little after and my son goes in. waiting and waiting. i text him and he says it will be 10 more minutes. 10 minutes pass nothing. i go in and ask and the guy hadnt even made it yet. there was only one person working on new years eve. totally unprofessional and unacceptable. and this isn't the first time when our order wasnt ready.
