Was the worst food we've ever had. It was cold, the bread was extremely hard, fries cold & a bit mushy, didn't receive entire order & took forever to make. Wish I would have read the reviews before wasting our money.

Absolute disappointment. I ordered to go and when I got my order it was cold, soggy and wet. Had to throw it away and lost my appetite. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

Okay! I never post anything like this but, we went to the Denny's next to baybrook.… and im astonished by the behavior honestly.
We got there about 10:55 pm, and were seated right away. We probably waited almost 45 minutes before any of our food came out, which we didnt mind or put up an issue to.
Once we got our food, my boyfriend got a burger ,to which 2 bites in, he said it made him lose his appetite and it didnt taste right.
Aswell i ordered a side of mac’n’cheese and it was basically straight warm velveeta, so i also wanted to send it back.
When we called over a waitress, she said she couldnt take it off and began speaking to my boyfriend in a very rude tone, which i told her, ’You do not need to speak to us like that, we just want this to be fixed’ , she began speaking nicer and took the burger off.
After that exchange the service only got slower., We didnt leave until 12:19. (As per the receipt)🤦🏼♀️
When we went to checkout, i realized the Server who was rude didnt have a nametag so i asked for her name very politely , which she said ‘Liz’
I then walked out, said nothing else, and when i turned around this woman ‘Liz’ began FOLLOWING Us with a tablet in her hand!!! I couldnt believe that this was her reaction to me asking for her name! To begin recording me and mine, felt like harassment especially after barely being waited on & slow service when there was barely anyone there.
- Anyway I recorded her once I noticed, because I felt like this is a bit unbelieveable, in the beginning you can see her holding a tablet up. — i have a video on my facebook page.

Ordered Hot Mess Melt to go.No onions or cheese. And don’t expect much meat either. Called the store and was told “that is how they are made!”
