I once ordered a drink while it was slow, and the staff was so fun to talk with, I genuinely recommend this place for a good drink while you are walking around the mall

Employees need to do better. A lot of people didn't get their orders, but employess say they made them. Which means ppl are coming up to steal them. They're giving away a lot of free food here. Organization is a major problem.

Wow 6 people “working” but only one kids taking orders and making the drinks. Two of the girls just watching by the window door not caring. If there was a line.

I was on my lunch break a few days ago, and one of my coworkers wanted Thirsty's. It's my 1st time there. It wasn't too busy despite the mall being really busy the day after Christmas.She wanted a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It still took an overall 15 minutes from standing in line to take my order to getting the smoothie.The customer service was ok considering that the mall was busy. Maybe next time I'm in the area, I'll try it out for myself.

Great customer service ?????

This was my first time eating here.The atmosphere is great, but a bit noisy, which is expected! It's a smoothie shop.The Smoothie is AMAZI G! Love it!Unfortunately this review IS 2 stars of 5 for a reason.The Customer Service is RUDE. I politely declined an incorrect order of a Strawberry Smoothie and Chocolate Ice Cream because I ordered a Mocha-and-Oreo Smoother and Salted Caramel Ice Cream, and the MANAGER said that I was in the wrong, that I had ORDERED a Strawberry Smoothie and Chocolate Ice Cream.My grandma, who was ordering, tried to be polite but ended up having to resort to being a Karen and assertive for what we ACTUALLY ordered to come out. I apologized profusely to both the manager and the workers, but the manager continued to complain UNTIL she gave us the correct items.Please hire a better manager next time. ❤️In the meantime, this is a photo of the smoothie I got! :-)

Myself and my daughter both got sick after sharing and small banana strawberries smoothie I literally just cleaned up her vomit from her stroller and off the side of my car..I don’t know if they don’t clean there stuff or they use bad products but please avoid this place. We were there 3/9/23 at around 6pm I’ve never had food poisoning and my child hasn’t Thrown up since she was a infant we also didn’t have anything else.

Amazing service! The employees were so busy, yet quick and efficient!!! My smoothies came out absolutely perfect! Not watery at all! Definitely coming to this location for a smoothie from here on out!! The team here is so enthusiastic with a phenomenal management! Everyone greets you with a smile and with no hesitation! By far a great shopping experience!!
