Wetzel's Pretzels

My review is for Renz! (I think it's Renz?). Most staff here look like they're miserable! We get it, it's just a job.

With that said, he is a breath of fresh air. Renz went above and beyond to resolve something for me and I left happy. His customer service is awesome, and it was nice to get a smiling face.

I work in the mall and come to wetzels every once and a while and usually it’s good not problems, but this time 3 days before Christmas is busy no problem I understand but there was a hair in my pretzels. A beard hair maybe but it’s disgusting.

All I wanted was a nice warm fresh pretzel instead I got a cooked way too much in advance rubbery piece of bread absolutely will not be going back if you want to keep your customers make a fresh product not one that you put out hours and hours in advance

$8 for a stale pretzel that gave me a stomach ache. Texture was like dense oily bread. A pretzel is supposed to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Please avoid this place if you love yourself.

The food is pretty good unfortunately the jalapeños on the pretzels are not very hot and there could be more pepperonis on the pretzels as well. Services fair, you can’t discriminate, however, the counter help do not smile. Don’t greet well seem reserved about serving the customer. Could be they are not citizens or speak the language English very well.

Overpriced and not that fresh. It was over $20 for a pretzel, pretzel dog, and lemonade. The worker was not friendly in the slightest, and had attitude when I asked him to repeat what he had said. It’s located in a high traffic area of the mall, so of course it’s loud! Save your coins and go someplace else.

I cannot believe they hand out ROCK HARD PRETZELS. ?

I will never go here again. I have the app and decided to get a pretzel. First off, a regular pretzel is double the price of the other pretzel place around the corner. Second, you could tell these pretzels had been sitting out for a hot minute. Whatever…maybe it was a hidden gem? What I couldn’t forgive was I saw the girl behind the counter originally ring me up for the right price, go and fix up my pretzel, and then charge me AGAIN for the wrong (and more expensive) thing. I tried to explain she was charging me for the wrong thing but I don’t think English was her first language and I couldn’t speak what she spoke. She went to text what I am assuming is the manager and I just sat there waiting for my overpriced, overcooked, and old pretzel. After so many minutes…I just told her never mind and walked away. Like, the pretzel place around the corner charges $2 for an original pretzel and you’re trying to overcharge me $7 (the wrong price) for the same thing? Absolutely nuts.

Best Pretzels!! Soo soft

i work inside of the mall and its super accessible to grab a bite. however after giving this place 3 different tries, each 10$ orders of a small cup. The workers first of all, stand in back and do not even greet customers. The customer service when here was awful and the young girl barely had the decency to stop laughing behind the counter with the other worker. They stare at you until you say the order. I find this awful customer service lol especially if you’re located in a busy walking area that attracts alot of customers. However, their pretzels/bread is always old and hard, as if it has been sitting in the glass casing for hours, which it has been as i was handed to, by the girl, a cold cup of pretzel dogs from the display. I hate that I waste 10$ on it as I have to throw it away due to its hardness and coldness. hopefully this place improves.

I ate here and it wasn’t pleasant at all, I didn’t expect much considering it is just a place to get a quick snack but the quality was bad and the dipping sauce tasted sour, also a hair was found in my food. The workers were nice, and I hope the food gets better.

This was a terrible experience. $9 for pretzel bites that were cold and had been sitting there, $9 for one drink, and a kid behind the counter that clearly couldn't have cared any less. Turned a good day into a bad one. Go literally anywhere else in the mall. Save yourself the disappointment.
