Today 1/14/26 While the service itself was fine, I was troubled by an observation made during my visit. Multiple white patrons were allowed to remain inside the restaurant, while a Black woman was outside in the cold. I do not know the context or intent behind this decision, and I am not making accusations; however, the situation stood out and left a negative impression.

Our experience at Andy’s Frozen Custard was absolutely amazing! The pint of vanilla custard was rich, creamy, and perfectly smooth—it was hard to put down. The sundaes were equally fantastic, loaded with toppings and full of flavor. We also tried the birthday shake, and it was incredible—sweet, creamy, and indulgent in all the right ways. Everything we tried was made fresh and tasted phenomenal. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole visit even better. Andy’s really knows how to make dessert memorable, and we can’t wait to come back for more!

It's a much loved ice-cream shop with a retro look. Staff (mostly young adults) are respectful, polite, and well-mannered. Our doggie loves getting pup cones there and now looks forward to the drive-through.

Great place but im doing 3 stars to get attention. Whoever built your drivethru needs to be sued. Concrete for no reason making turning tigjt and a light pole close with lots of scratch marks close to the 2nd turn. Come on, yall gotta fix that it's horrendous
