I had a very disappointing experience at Andes. When I was served my drink, I found a hair on the glass. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of hygiene. I expected much better from this restaurant. Honestly, I feel I deserve some form of compensation for such an unpleasant experience.

Came to fundraise but they failed to acknowledge the fundraiser and app to be used. Didn't bother to try and figure it out but dismissed it completely. And bc it was a fundraiser night, ice cream was all melted.

Past two visits have had issues with things being made incorrectly. Last time they made the wrong item. This time they just entire left out one of the two main ingredients.
And to top it all off, one of them had 3 or 4 pieces of hair in it.
Love Andy’s. Really bummed that this location can’t seem to get it together. Wear a hat and put 3 ingredients into a cup big dog.

Not sure what’s going on over there,but my daughter brought me a boot daddy ice cream and It wasn’t even filled to the top,for seven bucks it should have been that’s pretty disappointing..

Grabbed an ice cream cone and within seconds, it was leaking like a busted pipe. The waffle cone was more hole than structure—completely useless. Ice cream everywhere: my hands, my car, my patience. Total disaster.
