The two young ladies that took care of us close to closing time W3nesday night were AMAZING...could not have been nicer, cheerful, outstanding service, and the BEST JACKHAMMERS we have had yet! Thanks!!

Service was bad, and the management was poor quality. The way the manager tonight treated me was absurd.

As a custard fan, I always look forward to visiting here. I always get plain vanilla and love it! There is a great variety of flavors and treats.

Very disappointing visit the other day. It started off with us waiting in the drive thru line, where we saw what looked to be the manager with a pink hat and very pale skin, leaving the bathroom while hitting her vape in the open for everyone to see. We waited in line for what seemed to be forever because every car was moving super slow (this would recieve a one star review on its own). Once we got to the window to order, we couldn't help but hear the same manager yelling at her employees, which made me and my family very uncomfortable. She also seemed to be high of some sort, she was slurring the words she yelled and looked drowsy as well. And to top it all off, there was a fruit fly in my sons ice cream. We will not be returning to this location until we hear of this manager being fired. Very unprofessional from the manager and I hope her employees find refuge in either another job or under new management.

Well, this is the last time I eat at this location on Frisco St. Aside from various minor issues over the years, upon my visit last night, I was greeted by this giant cockroach just chilling on the drive through ledge sipping on some melted custard. I took video but can't seem to upload it, so grabbed a snapshot. It's better because the 7 second video is much more horrifying to watch. Can only imagine what the inside of the store looks like.

It was my first time. I like this strawberry shake, but it has real strawberries and it keeps getting caught in the straw and that's annoying.

(I updated my review because of the rapid response. Thank you)

The general manager’s behavior was not only unprofessional it was outright disgraceful. Instead of showing even a shred of courtesy or leadership, he stormed to the window to confront me with hostility, creating a needless and aggressive scene in front of waiting customers and my children. I calmly explained that I preferred not to order from the outdoor line, where employees with iPads are unable to take payment and orders often sit out too long, resulting in my kids receiving partially melted ice cream every time. Rather than address this valid concern like any competent manager would, he cut me off, announced with inflated self-importance, “I’m the general manager,” and essentially threatened that if I didn’t comply with his flawed system, I wouldn’t be allowed to order at all in the future.

I pointed to several clearly melting orders sitting unattended on the counter evidence of the very issue I was trying to raise. He sneered and flatly denied what anyone with eyes could see, talking down to me as if I were too stupid to recognize melting ice cream. As I attempted to leave without further conflict, he escalated again raising his voice, taunting me, and when I said I might not return if this is how customers are treated, he raised his belligerent voice again, “Don’t come back!” and barked, “Take your business elsewhere!”

This wasn’t leadership. This was an angry man on a power trip, trying to intimidate my little girls, customers for daring to voice a legitimate concern. His actions weren’t driven by policy they were driven by ego, pettiness, and an utter lack of emotional control. No business should ever entrust its reputation to someone this incapable of basic decency, let alone customer service. His contempt for respectful dialogue, especially toward families just trying to enjoy a treat, makes it clear: this location has a serious leadership problem and it starts at the top.

I recommend that no one go to this location wasting their family time to endure blatant disrespect and hostility toward their customers.

This place is run by high school kids and lacks professionalism. I tried it for the first time and honestly won’t be back.
1.It’s overpriced—$6.50 for this ice cream (see picture) is just not worth it.
2.They got my order wrong the first time, so I had to wait for them to fix it.
3.Even after the correction, the ice cream was not delicious at all.
Overall, not a good experience.

Disappointed with my recent visit. I stopped by with my kids for a small treat and finally remembered to use the coupons they won at the Andy’s car show. The employee behind the counter bar — wearing a blue shirt, glasses, and blonde hair mid 20s — refused to honor them, saying they were expired. He didn’t make eye contact, didn’t seem to care, and clearly didn’t want to engage with us. Very unprofessional. I truly hope he wasn’t a manager, because if so, Andy’s needs to do better.

Everyone else in my family’s orders were perfect but mine had brownies in it when we asked for espresso, marshmallow cream, heath bars, and pecans. I’m gluten free and can’t have brownies. Please do better.
