The ambience is good but the taste is really mediocre. I just tried lemon lavender macaroons and blue berry cheese cake Both were mid. They could have been better

Walked in wasn’t acknowledged at all I had to say “hey is someone gonna help us” the cheesecake sucked. The place is filthy floors have not been cleaned looks nice dropping on the floors and it looks like the AC filter has never been changed it’s dust all on the walls and ceiling. Bad experience I will never go back. The health department needs to check this place.

Visited the location off 380 and had a great time with my family. The atmosphere was adorable, the girls working at the counter were friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the gelato and taro smoothie we bought and the macarons we took home! Everything looked delicious and fresh so it was hard to choose what to get. We played some games and visited with extended family at their long table. Will definitely be back!

So I thought this place was such a special hidden gem. They're cakes are great. The cookies are amazing. We've purchased treats for multiple occasions. Recently, however, we experienced a reapply weird occurrence where a dozen cookies were ordered through Doordash, but only 6 showed up at my door step. My partner loooves these cookies, but she was passed when she found out we received only 6 cookies for a ridiculous amount of money. I don't know where the mixup happened, or if the dasher turned cookie monster, but I'm left feeling like maybe we should abstain from both.

I gave some stars because the coffee was delicious this morning! I ordered a cake for my boyfriends 27th birthday and told them Exactly what I wanted. I picked it up and asked the guy to remove the pink and blue drops on the cake because I never asked for that and it looked like it was his baby shower. The guy said he fixed it and handed it back. I get home and pull it out and he literally removed them and left the coloring on the cake. Looks horrible and we have a birthday party in 3 hours. I have bought 3 cakes in the past and they have done exactly what I wanted which is why I come back. Just be sure to let them know to not add any extra stuff because I don’t know what that was.

It hurts me to give Annie’s 2 stars, but the past few months I have been very dissatisfied with the quality of their drinks. When I first visited Annie’s around 1-2 yrs ago their drinks were always phenomenal, well blended, and the boba was always fresh. I’m a loyal customer and my friends and I visit quite often, sometimes even multiple times a week. I even got my birthday cake made by Annie’s and it was really good! These last few months I have noticed that some days the boba is old and lumpy, the frappes/smoothies are not well blended, so much that I have to crunch my drink, and my close friend even became sick after drinking a boba milk tea. She said the boba in the drink was overly slimy and very lumpy and tasted strange, and not even 10 minutes after having a few sips she became ill and vomited multiple times. Annie’s, we love your drinks and we are so sad that the quality has declined and we really want the old Annie’s quality back. Please fix this?

This place is amazing. It’s become our go for a sweet treat. The owner is amazing. He is always friendly and greets us and asks us if we want to try something new. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into this store and they work hard. Yesterday we were offered a desert fresh from the oven and still warm when we made our order. Local places do that for frequent cistimers most other places do not. Can’t wait until our next trip.
