I went on my birthday, downloaded the app but didn’t receive the email for a free pretzel. Silvia was amazing and gave us the BEST customer service! She gave me my birthday pretzel and made my day! Food was fresh and yummy!

I was at the shopping mall, where there were food places. I was looking for a cup, but a few stores turned me down. However, when I asked here, they gave me one right away. I was really impressed—I had never seen such a helpful food place before. They were incredibly kind and polite. This kind of behavior definitely deserves five stars!

Watch out if you use your card to pay for your food. The cashier will click 15% tip without you knowing .. I would highly advise using cash at this place.

Garbage we were in line for the free pretzel prior to the deadline of 3pm and by the time we got tot the register they would accommodate. The cashier looked like Roger from American dad in a bad disguise.
Went here today to get the free pretzel. I was in line before 3 pm but of course no matter what the line always gets long and they are extremely slow. By the time I got to the register it was 3:01 and the would not honor it so safe to say I’m done with them
