Bagelology Bagels & Coffee

This place is soo good that it is such an exiaty to be able to survive the crowd and maybe, only maybe, get a sesame bagel. Who needs such a drama on a weekend... please figure out how to serve the crowd faster and make enough sesame bagels.

Service is good, people are nice. The bagels are good too but don't stand out all that much from the other artisan type bagel shops. Skip the coffee. I really want to like the coffee here for the sake of convenience but I would rather pick up a beverage from any of the great shops nearby even if I'm getting food here. It's not terrible, it's just not very good and with the other options within 2 minutes, it's not worth it.

Have been here multiple times over the last few weeks. It is certainly scratching my bagel itch and I’ve tried multiple items. My favorite comes back to the salted bagel with any of the smears but honey walnut is what I order most often. There’s something about the salted bagel that has a crispier texture when toasted. Love it!
Salted bagel with chocolate chip spread - liked this but the spread was too sweet for my liking. My family loved this.
Zaatar bagel with jalepeno cheddar spread - ordered multiple times and will be on the list for when I want something more savory. Delicious!
Egg bagel with fruity pebbles - liked this had a good balance of sweet. Was a nice texture.
Plain bagel and plain cream cheese - this was fine for me but I love the crispy shell of the salted bagel so will continue down that path
Bagel dog - this is substantial in size and can be a whole meal by itself!
Double chocolate chip muffin - tasty.

I just picked up my Go getter bagel and sadly the bagel itself was so stale. Very hard and dense. It would have been perfect if the bread was fresh. Overall they do have some pretty good sweet treats and I love to get their vanilla latte with pumps of lavender.

So I just realized that I accidently ordered the Gluten Free bagel that is why it seemed so dense, totally my fault. They even offered to give me a full refund but that wont be nessessary. Thank you bageology for your outstanding customer service!

Incredibly disappointed with the experience that I had this past Saturday. My partner and I go to have a Saturday morning bagel and get half a dozen gluten free bagels after waiting over half an hour for our order we received the bagels. However, after my partner who is gluten intolerant, ate one of the bagels this Sunday morning it was very evident that they were not gluten-free bagels. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of accountability or concern for their patrons well being.

There are not enough stars to rate this amazing establishment. Their owner Fadia went ABOVE & beyond the call of duty. Their bagels are unmatched in DFW! If you’ve never been before, shame on you!!! Get yourself down there asap! You will NOT be disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend the French toast or egg bagels! 🥯

Best bagel I’ve ever had by far. The brisket bacon, egg and cheese was phenomenal. Coffee was great too. Only downside is it’s a small store and on a Saturday it’s PACKED out with very little standing room. Expect a long wait on a weekend.

Have passed this place many times and finally got to try it out! Their bagels are huge and very filling. Went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy so it took a while to get the our bagels. I believe you can order online if you don’t want to wait. Half a bagel was enough to make me full. The bagel with the lettuce was a little harder to eat because of the lettuce sliding around making it fall apart, but it was all very delicious!

I’ve had some pretty amazing bagels all over the country. Prior to visiting this place, my favorite bagel shop was a Brooklyn based shop… Bagelology is now hands down my all-time fave! And it’s Halal!! You have to try this place… and get the Lox in Space (the salmon is divine)
