We visited this location last night 9:00pm for two quick snow cones. We ordered one small tiger blood one small blue raspberry. Three teen boys (customers?) were inside and there were 3 to 4 employees. no one else was in the drive-through.
After we ordered and pulled around to wait, we watched lots of activity going on inside of the employee area and engagement with the team boys, and no one attended to our order. We observed, trash being taken out the whole staff walking into the back and back to the front several times and even with me making eye contact with the employees, still ignored and no one started our order.
After about 10 minutes of observing this behavior, someone finally came to the window and asked “what do you need”? Our response was “our order”!, and we had the receipt.
Snow cones were hastily made, And were terrible. The tiger flood had the faintest amount of syrup, and the blue raspberry was made incorrectly. We asked for sour spray and got sour patch syrup instead. The syrup was dripping, all down the sides of the cup, and once we were given our order, the window was closed and the festivities inside continued.
We will not be back. Check the cameras.

Didn’t get what I asked for at all !!!!! I order a strawberry sno flat top with cream I always order the same thing at each one. I was VERY nice about it I even went inside to ask if it could be remade. It wasn’t filled looked like someone just poured sweet cream on top ( I didn’t ask for it to be poured on top ) after it was remade it still looked the same. I just ate it , I paid for it. It was still delicious but yeah.

I went tried to go to Bahama Bucks tonight and I experienced the worst service ever. The car on front of me must've had a close relationship with employees because I watched/heard them talk for 20 minutes minimum. The person literally had their left foot out of the window.
As I waited there were 2 customers inside and I watch the three cars behind me all go inside. All for the person in front of me to have 2 baby snowcones. When I got to the window and complained I was just told there were 3 new people and apparently no manager to speak. I'm sure I won't be back again.

I love this Bahama Bucks. Service is good and overall a pleasure to be there. My favorite Sno is the Tropical Blue Coconut I also tried the new Dr. Paradise which is delicious.

Absolutely love Bahama Buck's in Frisco! The shaved ice here is consistently top-notch, with a fantastic variety of flavors that are both refreshing and fun to mix. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The atmosphere is laid-back and perfect for a quick treat or a relaxing hangout. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a delicious, cool treat!

We've been in line for 30 minutes and there's still 2 cars in front of us. I did not set aside 45 minutes of my day for snow cones, I don't feel like it should take that long either. Rather go with the small stands than a piss poor franchise. We drove through because the tables are usually dirty inside.
Edit to add: we finally got to the window after an hour wait. I asked the boy if he was aware and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me a very fake apology. They also got the order wrong.

Was ignored at the speaker for 5 mins. Get to the window and the young lady had the audacity to ask me to circle back around and get back in line behind 5 cars because they ignored me at the speaker! I wish I could rate 0 for horrible customer service! Update after response from owner…. There was one car ahead of me and no one behind me initially. The point is you shouldn’t ask a customer to get back in line behind 5 others after they have already waited. It’s tacky and rude!
