I love the food but the service is bad and the place is so dirty, if you are a clean person, don’t

Thought this place was gonna be so good because of the reviews, sadly the food was not good whatsoever. The Margherita pizza was cold and lacking flavor the lasagna was bland and the bolognese pasta was not very good at all. Tiramisu was runny and not solid felt like I completely wasted $116 on food too go. Mind you I lived in Naples Italy for over one year, so I know what good Italian food is. Wife agreed as she lived in Italy as well. Save your money. Partenope Ristoante in Dallas blows this place out of the water!

I was really excited about this place and for the most parts, the food was wonderful. Unfortunately, the bartender/waiter, who wasn’t very busy, seem to find a lot of things to do other than taking care of me. Two of the three tables that came in after me Got their first dishes before he even acknowledged I was there. Thankfully the wonderful bar back chipped in until I grabbed him by the shirt to get us attention. It’s not worth it. horrible service can really take away from a good meal.

Let me start by saying we are fromChicago so our standards for Italian food are super high. This restaurant is the best Italian food we’ve had in Dallas since moving here 5 years ago - no questions asked. The focaccia was absolutely perfect. The pastas were all fresh, homemade, delicately sauced to perfection and seasoned with love. The pizza was life changing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I woke up this morning and the first thing I thought of was the mushroom ravioli dish I inhaled. We will absolutely be back again and again and have already told everyone we know to get here as soon as possible. Don’t change a thing Baonecci!

I absolutely love this place. Very European in that they do not rush you. Food, wine, drinks are outstanding. Please show grace to your waitstaff as English may be limited. Legit Italian food!

Enjoyed my al dente tagliolini Bolognese. Margherita pizza was good but the crust was too cracker-like for my taste. Others in our group really enjoyed the pizza and were happy with their main dishes, too. Paulo, our server, was excellent.

My favorite Italian restaurant in the area. On the menu you’ll find bolognese, arrabbiata, and other dishes that are authentic to Tuscany - prepared from a true Italian family from the region. No other place can touch the lasagna, and the tiramisu is bomb.

I know most Italians restaurants are not owned by Italians, but this one is. That being the case, my date and i were very disappointed at our meals, so much that we stopped at Golden Chick on the way home. The portions were incredibly small, the taste average, and the prices outrageous.I know it’s something small but there is no bread for the table and the smallest salad rings in at $18, $15 for tiramisu.Being from the home of American Italian food (i.e. Boston), this restaurant would never survive there.

Four of us dined here last night. Two couples. My wife and I ordered the carpaccio apptzr and it was terrible. Seem like it's sat around for hours. Very dry. Not like any carpaccio I've ever eaten at any restaurant Italian in my life - and that a lot of restaurants I had the lobster ravioli, which was average. The table shared the bruschetta, which was again was OK. Wife had a salad and again there was nothing special about this $19 salad. The waiter's attitude was not good. After dinner he came to tell us no deserts except cannolis. First what restraint runs out of all there desserts by 9:15. Secondly, it was his delivers o. The message. Basically it's cannolis take or leave it approach. We ask for a simple split of the check, Reber it's only 2 couples and we're told no. Absolute nonsense. I haven't had a restaurant tell me they could do a two party split EVER. I tend to read reviews before going to a new restaurant and what I discovered it's the the mother ran the restaurant in the past and when she stepped away the quality had suffered. For the price, I would not come back. I know some “mom/pop” Italian places just as good for half the price.
