Worst experience. I bought 2 ice creams with single scoops which costs me $6.99. I asked the person to add little hot sauce and tahini on top of it for which he charged me $5.16. Typically all other stores give me this for free on my scoop of ice cream. This is really worst and the person even doesn’t know the actual cost and item listed for that additional cost. Not going to that store again.

I visited your store today, and I noticed employees handling dipped cones without gloves. The employee who served me had fingerprints in the chocolate on my cone.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered the layered sundae (cookies and cream), but I was given something completely different that included almonds/nuts, which I do not eat. When I politely explained the issue, instead of being helped, the item was scraped off and I was met with eye-rolling and dismissiveness. I was then told “this is what it comes with,” rather than being offered a proper solution. The interaction felt unprofessional, unhelpful, and left me very uncomfortable.
I would appreciate if staff could receive more training on customer service and communication. Guests should feel respected, listened to, and accommodated, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have a similar experience. When we first got there we were rushed into ordering, no one else was in the store. We ordered a milkshake which was absolutely disgusting. It was super watery and definitely did not taste right. Couldn't even finish the sundae either because something was just off on the taste. Will not be going back to this location.
Ordered two banana splits for delivery. Received nothing but the banana. Thoroughly disappointed with the pathetic service.

Had a really bad experience - We order 3 small icecreams and one of them had hair in it. This is extremely disgusting! When we told the Indian girl behind the counter, she didn’t ask to make a another one. This is bad customer service. I had to ask her myself to make a new icecream. Also - She wasn’t wearing gloves while serving, which I thought was really strange and the icecreams looked extremely icy.
Come here if you want poor service and hairy icecream - Never coming back!
