When we first got there we were rushed into ordering, no one else was in the store. We ordered a milkshake which was absolutely disgusting. It was super watery and definitely did not taste right. Couldn't even finish the sundae either because something was just off on the taste. Will not be going back to this location.

Had a really bad experience - We order 3 small icecreams and one of them had hair in it. This is extremely disgusting! When we told the Indian girl behind the counter, she didn’t ask to make a another one. This is bad customer service. I had to ask her myself to make a new icecream. Also - She wasn’t wearing gloves while serving, which I thought was really strange and the icecreams looked extremely icy.
Come here if you want poor service and hairy icecream - Never coming back!

This place was disgusting. I walked in and both employees were sitting down using their phones. I placed my order and went to the bathroom. It looked like a bar bathroom. Empty dirty BR plastic cups on the floor. Trash overflowing, dirty sink, floor and toilet. Old soap. No TP or paper towels.
Then I go out and the trash by the front door is over flowing. Just nasty. Especially with 2 employees sitting around

If I can give I will give -10 rating to this dirty baskin robins. Customer service is bad. And the cone which my kid ordered the paper of the cone is stick to the cone with glue it seems. even if we take out the paper the gum and the paper remains will be stuck to it. How thats suppose to be eaten. when i asked them they give some broken cone bottom and top with bare hands touching it. Worst and dirty ice cream shop. Please guys dont ever go to this one.

The ice cream tubs were placed perfectly in the freezer . It was easy to find what flavor you want and it was a clean place. None of the boxes were damaged as usually people just shift around to find boxes damaging the adjacent ones ! They have ice cream cakes too and a best spot to purchase full size birthday cakes !!
