Just picked up some ice cream for Mt Daugher and boy the kiddo at counter had severe attitude issues. In fact there used to be one more guy during day time who has similar attitude issues. No wonder I find this place empty all the time. They don't greet the customer and never pay attention to customer's needs. They behave as if they are giving away their stuff free of cost. I observed in the past that their attitude towards Asians is not so great. I want to let these guys know that Frisco has the majority of Asian customers than any cities around DFW metro and be more considerate and courteous towards customets. You guys are not doing free service.

I walked in and I was greeted by a young man who looked quite like an ogre but he actually had a very nice personality and provided great hospitality for me and my special needs son Harrison. He told Harrison that he could try any flavor he wanted and he was patient while we were deciding on what to get. The ice cream was delicious and I am definitely going to be coming back soon. ?

I showed up and placed 2 orders that included a 1 scoop bowl and a pint that included 2 flavors mixed in the pint. Once I advised the male employee I wanted 2 flavors to make up a pint, He says "we can't mix to two flavors, you have to be one pint each of the flavors you want." I immediately said I always order 2 flavors in one pint and his response " What location?" as if I had been mixed up what location I was at, which was insulting. I then asked him to call the owner as this is a franchise location and once I said that he refused and told me that he would make one pint as I originally requested...So at this point I am not happy, that this employee attempted to impact my order and experience negatively, had I not challenged what I was being told. What makes it even worse, I came here due to Coldstone Creamery down the street not having ice cream available (see my separate review). The Baskin Robbins ice cream tasted freezer burnt and old with no real taste.... Sad experience all around.

Two Mexican boys working here closed the store at 8 instead of 10 pm and refused to serve me .... Unprofessional and making this company look like

I love coming to this ice cream place. It’s very clean and the service is amazing. I always get VIP treatment and service with a smile. I always get my birthday cakes custom made from here and it’s always a hit! I love the variety of flavors and how you can sample themDietary restrictions: I like how they have daiquiri ice since there was a time were my body couldn’t tolerate dairy so this was an amazing option so I can still enjoy ice cream during family nights

I went to this Baskin Robins earlier and was BLOWN AWAY! The place was pretty clean and flavors were delicious! Jorden and Ayden were very helpful to me and helped me through my first time. They led me through all the flavors and what was included to make sure I wasn't allergic to anything. They were very supportive of my beliefs of my gender, and listened to me talk about my struggles. This was a 5 star visit and I will definitely be returning.-Aiden West

9/26/2023 5:45pm I paid $7.59 for a glass of milk. Milkshake recipe: 2 small scoops of ice cream plus about a half gallon of milk. The remainder left in the blender after filling my glass was thrown out. What a rip off! First time customer. Very unsatisfactory experience. I will never go back.

Please properly manage and train folks. I asked what's in a mocha blast, blank stare. Further how many scoops of ice cream go in a large cappuccino bast. Just one? I know it used to be two. So over 8 dollars for 1 scoop or ice cream, ice, milk, and a bulk mixed liquid. Rip off, better off getting a shake that comes with a decent actual amount of ice cream. I wonder what other stores do for the blasts, or did BR skimp like Subway was doing on their 11 inch foot long?
