I've never had a bad meal there. Our server was friendly, polite, and efficient. This is a hidden gem.
Restaurant was pretty empty and there was only one server. Food was great and we didn't have to wait too long to be served.
The food is always good, as it is at every Bazille. The drinks are always good as well. I like this location in particular because of the windows and all the light it brings in. I only keep coming back though because of Bekah. She is a rockstar at the bar....super attentive, fast and creative.

I’m so sorry to say this is def one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in Frisco. It was slow literally no one was there but two tables and the servers were slow which made no sense. Drink took 15-20 mins. Food was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. No seasoning, dry and just seemed old. Please don’t be fooled by these reviews.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Bazille. Our server, Sarah, was attentive and friendly. I've dined at this restaurant many times. I have not been disappointed in the service nor with the menu.
Bazille at Nordstrom Stonebriar was a few years ago quite a nice place to go with delicious food and good, consistent service. Our experience today indicates that they have “tripped and fallen”. The hostess that seated us was a bit curt and ill kept. The waiter was at best a rookie, at worst, just not suited for a customer-facing role at a restaurant. Right off the bat, they were out of strawberry lemonade. Then we find that their normally-delicious bread service has been discontinued. Then our waiter, Tanner, forgot to submit part of our order, made a side substitution without informing us and did not show a care in the world about keeping drinks filled. When I complained about the side substitution, they suddenly found the original side vegetable in the kitchen and it was available after all. Starter salad came after the main course as well. After all that, no apology and nothing marked off the bill for their screw ups. This was a nice stop for us in the past, but they have fallen…..the question is, can they get back up or not?

This was a surprise find inside the Nordstrom's at Stonebriar mall. Excellent food and cocktails at reasonable prices. We were also pleased that the portion sizes were just right - we left sated and didn't need a carry out box. We'll definitely be back if we're at the mall around a meal time.

Food was wonderful and experience was great. Our server was great but it did seem like the ratio of servers to tables was a little low. Will be back regardless!
We had a reservation at 1. When we got there (on time) we were informed that the staff was running behind and the manager said that no one else was allowed to be seated until 2:00 pm. That's terrible service, especially on Mother's Day! Not only that, but when we finally were seated, the manager never once came around to apologize to all the people who had waited to be seated. Lots of people were upset, and i thought it was incredibly unprofessional that he made the young female hostess break this news to all these people who had to wait more than an hour past their reservation time! You'd think he'd have come around to apologize or offer a free dessert as compensation or something, but nope! He hid in the corner making the wait staff handle all the chaos and disappointed customers. He should seriously be fired. There was no excuse for how this was handled today and it was 100% on him. Our server, who was very kind and accommodating did profusely apologize and felt terrible. I commented that the manager was totally incompetent and does not know what he was doing, and she agreed with me!

I had high hopes for Bazille, but unfortunately the service really missed the mark. The wait staff seemed distracted and it was hard to get anyone’s attention when we needed something. Our food took way too long to arrive, and even simple requests were ignored or forgotten. The atmosphere is nice, but it’s hard to enjoy when the service makes you feel like an afterthought. Definitely disappointing for what could have been a great experience.

The food was very good. The service was not great. Plates were never picked up, water was never refilled or replaced with fresh water. I like ice in my water, no ice was served. When I asked for a glass of ice it took a very long time to get it and the restaurant was not busy. Nice restaurant just not great service. I noted that it was a friends Birthday, but not once was it acknowledged. Very disappointing.
Worst French onion soup I've ever had
I was there at lunch with four friends. Only one of us had been here before. The food and service was fantastic and I plan to go back!
