My wife and I used to love coming here. I write this review while sitting at this table for an hour without getting our food. We told the waiter that it was taking too long and paid ahead of time and told them to just give us the food to go. Took a half hour just to get some bread for the starter and they forgot to put in the crab bisque my wife ordered. The restaurant isn’t even that busy tonight and we have watched 2 party’s that were seated after us getting their food before us. Not to mention the jerk chicken sandwich was not very good. Tasted like lightly seasoned chicken that was completely overpowered by the slaw. Extremely disappointed and we won’t be going back. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what the problem was but it doesn’t take that long to make a sandwich and a salad. Poorest hospitality that we have had in a dining experience for a while.

I ended up getting really sick with the flu after eating here because my server Clint was working and serving my food while being sick with the flu. This should be against the law and is considered a health hazard to be working while having the flu, especially in the food industry. This is unacceptable and you could clearly see how sick he was because he was coughing while serving me and his nose was all red. I will not return here

My experience at Bazille was lovely. Nyla was my server and she was so sweet with the cutest Xmas nails. The hostess with the purple hair was very sweet as well, didn’t catch her name. The food was incredible! So fresh and yummy. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a review of their takeout service - just awful. Always some thing missing; today it was the au jus from the french dip sandwich. Like the food, but have to throw shade since something is always missing when delivered

This used to be a go to place for a meal at the mall but it just continues to get worse and worse. Very slow service despite there being more employees than customers. The bartender is kind but spends so much time chatting with customers that you are forced to constantly have to get her attention to ask for things. Hopefully they can turn things around but if not, we will no longer return. It's sad because as I looked through the more recent reviews, other folks have noticed the same.

The food is always good, as it is at every Bazille. The drinks are always good as well. I like this location in particular because of the windows and all the light it brings in. I only keep coming back though because of Bekah. She is a rockstar at the bar....super attentive, fast and creative.

I’m so sorry to say this is def one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in Frisco. It was slow literally no one was there but two tables and the servers were slow which made no sense. Drink took 15-20 mins. Food was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. No seasoning, dry and just seemed old. Please don’t be fooled by these reviews. Way too overpriced for the food to be nasty.
