Great food, very low price. 8.65 for lunch buffet. The buffet wasn’t huge but there were still many options and everything I tried was fresh and tasty.

Horrible, scattered service, terrible food, dishonest billing. There was one server taking care of the whole restaurant, although there were others staff milling around. The food was heavily advertised as being authentic, but tasted nothing like bangla food. It was very greasy and totally lacking in flavor. The only edible food was from the Indo-Chinese section. We were severely overcharged for food we didn't eat and expensive drinks that we didn't order or drink. Stay away !!!

Not one thing to like this place. On a Friday evening it was only our family in the restaurant for the first 30 mins and we still dont get any starters. Fish fry was just regular stuff. Nothing to like or hate. Vegetable chops tasted like gajar ka halwa fried. Mutton curry had too much salt. Mutton Biryani was basically colored rice with huge chunks of inedible meat.

Amazing Bengali Specials served on weekend. Authentic taste. Foods are cooked in more mustard oils. But ,,hey, that's the Bengali food nature!

Nice place to enjoy Bengali cuisine. Has a great deal for lunch buffet with a large variety of traditional everyday Bengali food ranging from fish curry , dal , chicken curry etc. Friday has lunch buffet special as mutton.

I will never recommend thali. It was very very disappointing. I took goat thali and my husband took chicken thali. Both chicken and mutton was left over. We didn’t take a bite. It was just disgusting. No test no aroma. When I complain about that they said I will give you discount for that. And yes they gave discount only $1

5/5 buffet. I am not an Indian food connoisseur, but the buffet was amazing. There was a wide range of fresh options with all sorts of flavors. The naan bread was fresh as well and delicious. I highly recommend the buffet for lunch especially if you are like me and want to try a little of everything. Only critique would be the atmosphere. It was very quiet with no music. There was a large TV turned off and zero decor hanging on the walls. I wouldn't let this stop you though as the food was worth it.
Went for the lunch buffet today.. It was really really good! Going back without a doubt

I would rank Bengal Bar and Grill 2.5 - 3 stars. 2 would be too low. 3 might be too high. Having said that I went here because I saw they had close to 20 reviews and had a 4.0 rating. During lunch they offer Buffet. The Buffet is a bit overpriced for the selection they offer. There were not that many guests there to begin with, and that's always a frightening thing at a place that offers a buffet. The number of items they offer were also limited and they were out of items like tandoori chicken and fish curry that we had to ask a couple of times before we got them. The chicken biryani has large pieces of potatoes in it. The first time I only got a piece of potato instead of chicken by accident. The dessert is not even worth trying, as I had both the gulab jamun and carrot halva. Carrot Halva tasted bad and did not have the right consistency to it. Gulab Jamun looked way too dark after you bit into it than any other I have ever had before. Bottom line is I would not be going back here again. There are just too many other good options out there.
