No customer service! Orders went from fulfilled right away to months later missing items! Run!!!!

I made a order on 12/15, order showed up 1/14. this was okay considering it was the holidays and apparently they are moving a warehouse. The thing I dont like is half my order was missing and made 2 tickets on the website and haven't heard anything at all from them. I tried to call the phone number on the website today and basically says make a ticket and then it hangs up on you. This was my first order from them and expected better service from a American owned company.

Because I have tried everything in hell to contact you on your website to tell you I don't want anymore of your coffee sent to me. No emails seem to reach you, atleast none of them seem to be monitored. I get mesages back to indicate that you received it, asking me to just explain why I sent it. When the reason I sent hit is right there in black and white? But I digress. I have 5 or 6 bags of coffee that I haven't used yet because your rate of mailing continues to exceed my rate of drinkage. And of course I am charged for every bag. So I am charged too frequently. I have asked that you just take me off of your automatic deliveries, and I will order whenever I need to. But no! You obviously don't have that feature. Oso all in all, I feel like I'm trapped. I see your motis. Lock em in, put em on the list and start sending the coffee. It's a money making deal that you just can not readily get out of. Now why is that?! I have lots of money? I can pay for lots of coffee. But can everyone? So I came here. I tried to reach you in an email. And I saw the evidence that you read them. But you played dumb. Do not charge me for anything else! Take my name off of your list. Cancelmy membership. Show some decency. You have a sorry business model. I will not leave my details here. But if you can't find me on your website anywhere just by my name then you have bigger problems than me. I will buy your coffee from Wal Mart when I need it? And for $5 cheaper. Sorry for raving. Sorry I needed to. Straighten your act up boys.

I used to love this location but the staff just walks around speaking to each other rather than wanting to help out a customer that's been standing there for 5 minutes waiting. I won't be coming back to this location, pretty soon this location will be asking for donations from firefighters, military vets and doctors

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this place! I don't live near this coffee shop but I had dropped my daughter off to a birthday party and just needed to kill some time. I didn't want to go all the way home so I decided to stop in, get a coffee and hang out until she was ready. This place is clean and well organized...(the bathrooms were also clean) They have a lot of merchandise for sale besides coffee. There were a lot of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, cups and stickers. I ordered an iced vanilla Latte. It was really good. They ask you if you'd like to donate coffee to the military. You can purchase bags of coffee at $15.99 per bag or individual cans of coffee for $3 each. I thought that was really cool and I did purchase some. My brother is a retired Marine and my other brother and my sister both served in the Air Force. They also ask if you're military or a first responder (I'm not) because I believe you get a discount if you are. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely be going on a regular basis if I did.

For my first time being there the staff was great the coffee was fantastic and loved being able to sit with my friends and just visit! Highly recommend visiting. Also they way they give back to veterans and first responders is amazing

I have to leave a review regarding my latest experience. I ordered an iced latte blended with sugarfree vanilla and whole milk and heavy cream. It was heavenly and I was so shocked at how good it was. I returned another day and again, great drink. I took my husband (who is a veteran, and they do offer veteran discounts so cheers for that) and he agreed yeah it’s oddly good. Next visit, the employee mentions something about a blended base. I asked what that was and they said it’s what they add to their blended drinks. I asked if it has sugar and she said “oh yeah , over 60 grams” . So in my sugarfree drink I’ve been ordering, they added an ingredient that i didn’t ask for and I’ve been consuming an absurd amount of sugar (which explains why it tastes like a coffee milkshake). Won’t be returning.
This is by far the best coffee I e ever had and I’m not just saying this because it’s an American company that believes in veterans or liberty . I am speaking truth 100% . I’ve tasted many coffees and many very good . But black rifle coffee is the best so far . I would have never thought about trying them until I seen them on hodgetwins and Brandon Tatum . This coffee has a taste like I’ve not tasted in coffee in a while and I’m proud to say I have switched from Starbucks to black rifle .

Pretty great coffee *most of the time. The only thing I hate, is getting asked to give them more money. I have to deny giving money at least two times before I can get my coffee. I know they’re financially incentivized to collect donations, so I hate that I’d indirectly pay for their bonuses. #tipcultureisoutofcontrol
