About my 3rd time overall and 1st at this particular location. Food was hot and fresh and was quite good! If you want something different outside the typical eats this place will be the one for you!

I came here just to get some fries because I was not that hungry. When I first walked in I said hello, to one of the workers who did not greet me and nor say hello back. The floor was slippery, greasy & unsafe. I asked if the fries were fresh and I was told that they were. As soon as I began eating them.they were clearly old...these fries were not fresh and they had been sitting there for a while.They taste like they were a little bit stale and too hard.

Drive through is very slow. I waited 27 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. People with large orders should not be served through the Drive Thru. The service is poor at this location.
I ate here for lunch today and the lady taking orders was not happy to be there. It took forever to get her attention as she was busy working on pick up orders. Once I ordered and got my food it was just room temperature. The fries were very soggy and the biscuits had more of a grease taste today. I get why it’s not that crowded!

Had a horrible experience at this location today. The cashier had an attitude the minute we walked in the door. She never smiled and had no customer service skills. She should be a back of the house employee. Secondly, there was a huge nasty hair in our fries. We trashed everything and walked out without even asking for a refund. We knew dealing with her for a refund wouldn’t be worth it. Bojangles lost a customer for good today.

So it's okay. I'd say in comparison Popeyes has them beat on the chicken sandwich. It seems that their chicken is dryer and more focused on the batter than flavor. Overall not bad, I'd just prefer them overall, especially on price point.
