Regina is great and was outstanding in helping me on my first visit. Love the strips and cole slaw.

I ordered a breakfast combo here and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable pricing. I waited for what I deemed a reasonable time for my food, even so the very friendly staff apologized for the delay and gave me a bit more food to compensate. I had been here once before and received lackluster service but that seems to have changed, will most certainly return! Would recommend :)

First time visit. Chicken sandwich, fries and a Pepsi (maybe!) Read a lot of reviews and hesitated about going; but, I was very close, hungry and decided to give it a try. Went to the drive-thru.

Made my order, pulled up and, per the reviews, expected a scowling, uninterested non-greeting. Much to my surprise, a very personable woman welcomed me! Got my hopes up for the food, which was delivered almost immediately.

Chicken sandwich was excellent! Super crispy, crunchy chicken, nice bun, pickles and sauce were spot on! (I suppose that if you are evaluating chicken sandwiches, you have to bring in Chick-fil-A, and, I like Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches. Is Bojangles better or not as good as... Personally, (dare I say it!?) I liked the Bojangles chicken better - super crispy, crunchy and flavorful.

Now the fries. I didn't like them, no crunch, waay too salty. I'll skip them next time.

Early on, I questioned the Pepsi. My first few sips I was thinking that this was the worst Pepsi that I had ever tasted - flat, too sweet, meh. But, as I tried more I realized that I had gotten not Pepsi but sweet tea! Now, I am not a sweet tea lover but I felt much better knowing it wasn't Pepsi!

I would have given a 5 if it weren't for the fries. Drink mixups can happen, no biggie. I'll be back!

Ordered a chicken biscuit on a blueberry biscuit. Biscuit was burnt chicken was undercooked and lukewarm. I’ve had this at the Wiley location and it was phenomenal. They didn’t even add the frosting to the biscuit. Took two bites and threw it away. The cashier was very pleasant but that was the best thing about the visit I guess.

Came here for the first time to try. It was 845pm and the does were already locked. Not a good look and will not go back to this location! That really makes me mad. The employee was super rude when something was said about the hours on the door!

Not sure how one can manage to mess up a singular order of fries, but this location has truly proven that anything is possible. I asked for a regular fry with light seasoning—a simple, straightforward request. I confirmed my order at the window, only to be flat-out lied to and then met with attitude when the mistake was addressed.
It was obvious no fresh batch was made, despite that being standard for light seasoning. Instead, the request was ignored out of sheer laziness and lack of care.
I went back through the drive-thru to correct the mistake, and the manager had the audacity to request that I pay for a new batch of fries. Unfathomable.
After confirming my order at the window and receiving something completely wrong, being asked to pay again is beyond unacceptable. This level of incompetence, paired with poor customer service and management, is astounding.

Food is good but you can tell the employees do whatever they want and do not care who is around. From being on FaceTime loudly in the lobby then taking their phone around the back, to 5 of them hanging out front, one with the blanket, and then talking bad about their manager in front of customers when she told them to come inside. Once inside it is unclear if they washed their hands but blanket girl decided it was a good time to play with her hair that was down while leaning on the Togo area. As someone that is heavily aware of ServSafe standards, it is clear that this location needs much training and/or a manager that can better lead. All staff of duty other than the counter person failed to provide a clean and professional environment.

I don’t know if it’s laziness or incompetence but be sure to double check your bags because there’s an 80% chance they forgot any dipping sauces you ordered

The honeymoon phase is over here. All of their employees that were good and kind have moved on. The staff that remains is rude and the food is mid. Typically, you’re the only customer for the entire building and somehow they’re still short with you or act like they’re Put out by your arrival.
