You guessed it. The service is terrible. Today, 1st time being in this place ever (anywhere btw) and step to the counter, cashier was pleasantly surprised by us (no other customers in entire location). Zero energy to provide basic service, honestly I felt she didn’t want to even serve people, maybe drive through could have worked better for me. Had to ask for utensils, ice for cups and lids and straws when time to go (if this is normal I’m not a fan). Food and location were beautiful. Terrible for the poor hiring in this location otherwise would be outstanding. Went in about 11am, maybe a bad time to go. Hope this helps someone decide otherwise or impresses the right manager to improve staff. Thanks for reading.

I came in. The staff is very unattentive. I must have been standing there for about 15 minutes. I didn't even get my drink that comes with my combo meal. I'm not going to come back again.

I came here just to get some fries because I was not that hungry. When I first walked in I said hello, to one of the workers who did not greet me and nor say hello back. The floor was slippery, greasy & unsafe. I asked if the fries were fresh and I was told that they were. As soon as I began eating them.they were clearly old...these fries were not fresh and they had been sitting there for a while.They taste like they were a little bit stale and too hard.

Drive through is very slow. I waited 27 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. People with large orders should not be served through the Drive Thru. The service is poor at this location.

I ate here for lunch today and the lady taking orders was not happy to be there. It took forever to get her attention as she was busy working on pick up orders. Once I ordered and got my food it was just room temperature. The fries were very soggy and the biscuits had more of a grease taste today. I get why it’s not that crowded!

Had a horrible experience at this location today. The cashier had an attitude the minute we walked in the door. She never smiled and had no customer service skills. She should be a back of the house employee. Secondly, there was a huge nasty hair in our fries. We trashed everything and walked out without even asking for a refund. We knew dealing with her for a refund wouldn’t be worth it. Bojangles lost a customer for good today.
