Great food great service !! The night manager is amazing. Last night he went above and beyond to make us comfortable waiting. And we ordered late when they were about to close. It didn't bother them at all they did their job and made us feel very comfortable. Again I cannot stress how great that night manager is I wish I knew his name !!

James the manager went over and beyond for me and my daughter when we were told they were all out of salads. The customer service at this location was wonderful. I appreciate the great experience I had at this Bojangles!

while the chicken has a pretty good flavor its practically the exact same as Popeyes just with a higher price point. i got the 20 piece chicken and you only get one sauce... for TWENTY pieces of chicken and on top of that i didn't even get the right sauce. you got Popeyes, kfc, and Bojangles all right next to each other, Bojangles is indubitably just another mid chicken spot. P.S the tea is chunky im not sure if thats normal but it was kind of concerning

Not a good representation of Bojangles POSITIVE: +Tenders cooked perfectly delicious +Fries were delicious IN BETWEEN: -/+ friendly girl up front...too bad she got my son's order wrong -/+ peach pepper sauce. Smells funky but tasted alright NEGATIVE: -No place to sit because some employee had a Bojangles backpack and computer left out during a lunch rush. Doesn't the manager have an office? -No bone-in option at this location. All tenders and sandwiches -all out of grilled chicken sandwiches though -Out of quite a bit of things I could hear from the loud employees in the back BOTTOM LINE: Drive through and you'll be fine if you like tenders. Don't dine in though. I've been to some phenomenal Bojangles in Tennessee. Sucks that this chain is gonna have a hard time spreading here in TX with locations like this as an example. Didn't live up to the hype I gave to the wife beforehand.

It was ok chicken strips. A little bit over cooked and the fries were soggy. Big pieces of chicken though. I got the wrong order but it was raining and close enough and didn't really feel like having them come back out and I wasn't going in. Btw I went to the drive through. It could have been different if I had gone in. Idk. Probably won't go back.

My son and I decided to do a fried chicken sandwich taste test and Bojangles was one of them. We tried Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, and Bojangles and rated each one. We went through the drive thru and asked them to cut the sandwich in half so we could split it. (That's a lot of sandwich to taste test.) We basically started at the new Popeye's on 423 and headed north, to CFA on Stonebrook, then BJ. We actually thought Popeyes had the best chicken sandwich and Bojangles came in second. I know everyone lines CFA but the other chicken Wes were way better. Bojangles chicken is spicier than Popeyes, which surprised us. I need to check out their biscuits and chicken, which is what they're famous for.

Yelp 100 - 2024 - #7 This location only served tenders and chicken sandwiches. This Bojangles is nothing like their locations on the East Coast that services Fried Bone in Chicken. I ordered two Cajun Filet Biscuits and Two orders of Large fires. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I recommend always checking your french fries before pulling away from the drive thru to ensure that they are fresh because cold fries are just a no no. Service was fast and staff was friendly. I have yet to enter this location and see the inside, but the drive thru is always open with two lanes to accommodate the rush.

First time to a Bojangles, although reading some reviews, this location apparently is a hybrid with a limited menu. That being said, it was ok. Got some tenders and fries. Both were decent, not mind-blowing. Wouldn't mind visiting a full-fledged location in the future to see how it compares.

I have always enjoyed Bojangles as I have travelled to many states. What a huge disappointment when I saw they don't serve chicken on the bone. Sorry guys, tenders and sandwiches aren't enough. Until they change this we won't be back.

I choose this over chick Fil a and that's speaks a lot! The staff has great customer service, the food is always hot and spot on. I've come a few times since they've opened and just want to say who comes from a manager in customer satisfaction management, you're doing it right!
