Visiting the Braum’s on Main St. in Frisco feels like a daily roulette wheel: will the soft serve yogurt machine be down today, or will they just be out of one or more flavors? Spoiler: it’s usually one of the two. Even when you lower your expectations, the chronic understaffing delivers long lines and longer waits for what’s supposed to be a quick ice cream stop. If you’re craving ice cream or frozen yogurt and don’t want to gamble on availability (or your time), strongly recommend going literally anywhere else.

Great Food and Value for Money. The 3 Meat Burrito and Hot Chocolate was an awesome option for Breakfast.

The guy who was serving messed up 3 of our orders. All the flavors were wrong. I love Braum’s and this was the fist bad experience.

Person taking our order was unhelpful, impatient, and unfriendly. Person taking payment didn’t not say a word to us, person handing us our dessert did not speak a word to us either… terrible experience but can’t help but come back for the treats

Today we visited store placed order for 2 items . We picked one item ie double sundae and told them that we will come back later to pick after finishing the Sunday for the second item ie junior cone .they agreed we paid bill , By mistake my wife had thrown bill in trash .when she went back to pick up the second item ie junior cone they asked for the bill, but she had already thrown it away. Even after explaining many times, he didn’t understand her.so she was forced to go back and get the bill from the trash to show them even after saying them bill is in trash . The supervisor was very rude and not at all bothered to provide good customer service. We also told him that we would write a review and that it might be a bad review, but he said it was fine and didn’t seem to careat all. She had to go back and get the bill from the trash to show them.

The ice cream was good! Creamy with good flavor. I did not get a good vibe just walking in and not knowing what the place was like. It was dimly lit. The staff seemed preoccupied and wasn't engaging. I came for the ice cream and it was great!

If I could put zero stars, I would. I don’t know how this establishment trains their staff, but they need to do so much better at hiring respectful young teenagers and teaching them to treat customers with utmost respect. Two girls, a blonde and a ginger, were being extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They looked at me and my friends in disgust and laughed as us for no reason. We confronted them because we don’t tolerate disrespect like that and they laughed after we asked them if they had an issue. They looked very young like 14-15 which means that your hiring age might be around that range. Maybe try to hire more intellectually mature and respectful teenagers next time.
Edit: We called 10 times to discuss this issue and NO ONE answered the phone. That isn’t good customer service and unprofessional on behalf of the staff team.

I’m writing this to share a very unpleasant experience my friends and I had. While spending time at braun’s in frisco—two teenage girls repeatedly laughed at us and made rude comments. Their behavior was unkind and unnecessary, turning what should have been a fun outing into something uncomfortable and upsetting.

It wasn’t just a quick giggle or misunderstanding—it felt intentional. My friends and I tried to ignore it, but the way they looked at us and kept laughing made it clear they were trying to embarrass us. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a public place where everyone should feel welcome and respected.

I hope management/staff (or whoever is relevant) will be more attentive in the future so that others don’t have to go through the same experience. Everyone deserves basic respect, and it’s disappointing when people choose to act otherwise.

Nobody can beat their pricing and their ice creams are the best! The convenience of being able to go in and come out for quick grabs is what I love most about Braums.

Best cheeseburger I've had in a good while and also nice ppl.
They even make their salads look pretty.
I think this is probably the best Braums.

Good place to buy A2 milk.
