Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Hate this place. Rude Staff and when asked for a taste she barely gave me some and also it tasted horrible. They can do better!

We love Bruster's! The ice cream is amazing...and the dogs getting free sundae's is a bonus. As soon as we start pulling in, they know and start to lose their minds. Highly recommend taking the fam, including the pups, for a treat.

Best ice cream in town

I love Bruster’s. They always have such cool flavors and the ice cream is so soft and airy. I also really like that it’s just counter service at this location. It feels more communal in a way. 5 stars for sure. Their peach, lemon berry cake , apple crumble and white chocolate raspberry are all incredibly delicious.

stopped by right wen they open ,just looking for something sweet,what i got was magnificent .
a root beer float with what I can describe as the best vanilla ice cream I have ever had its creamy and very tasty mixed with very cold root beer. An the service?

This is the best Ice Cream place I have ever been to. First, their Customer Service is immaculate. When I came up to that window, there was no wait at all, and a kind lady opened the window and asked for my order. I wasn’t ready yet so she waited for me. When I ordered my ice cream, which, by the way, Was only $5 for 2 gigantic premium scoops??? In this economy? What a good deal. Anyway, my card declined, but she kept on trying, even bringing in her coworker. Just in case it was a problem on their end. Fortunately though, my friend payed for my ice cream. I had only sat down at their outdoor seating area for no more than 30 seconds when my ice cream was ready. Let me tell you this was the best ice cream I have had in my life. I got Red Velvet Cake Batter and birthday cake. I would attach a photo but there wouldn’t even be enough time for a camera to capture how fast I ate that stuff up. This ice cream was stretching at least 2 inches. This is no cheap walmart Half Gallon bucket of ice cream that you buy for $7 and is hard as a rock. This is the BEST ice cream place I have ever been and yes l am saying that twice in this review and you know what what about it. It needed to be said. My closing words to this review are not ONLY did the lady give my a free water bottle once my card declined for the second time, BUT I will be going to this place for the rest of my life.

Bruster’s is thee best ice cream hands down!!
I have yet to have a bad flavor, even the sugar-free and dairy free options are delicious and the butter pecan is the best I’ve ever tasted! Ice cream is literally my favorite food so trust me I know a good ice cream cone when I see one and I’ve come here time and time again for five years. I buy at least 1 gallon a month and my family loves it when I take them for a little treat.

Best ice cream in the world and great customer service

The ice cream at brusters is so tasty. I like it cause taste homemade and made in house and changes up each week so you never get tired of having the same things. I always try something new everytime I go. Plus the employees have great customer service and Diana the manager always has a smile on her face.

The only Bruster’s in the country that repeatedly fails expectations. How do you not have cookies n cream non dairy year round. Makes no sense. I’ll wait until I am in Charlotte. Where they understand customers. Disappointing

It is always a treat to stop by Bruster's for ice cream. My favorite flavor is Key Lime Pie, but all the chocolate variations are creamy and smooth too. Today's visit included double fudge brownie on my double scoop waffle cones. Cones and ice cream are house made, and I can taste the difference - so good. You will not be disappointed at Bruster's.
