Wow. This place cooks some great food. I don’t understand why anyone would go to raising canines for chicken fingers when this place is the same price and better quality and you get more food. The fried chicken and sides here are great too. Just go and try it. You will thank me.

I have eaten here many times. The food is always fresh and the service is consistently good. The fried catfish is my favorite, but the chicken is great too. The meals come with a roll or cornbread. Their rolls are fluffy and delicious. They have a variety of sides to choose from, from mac and cheese to salad which are all tasty. They have some rotating sides I wish they had all the time, like the sweet potatoes and greens. Their banana pudding tastes like homemade. One of the things that really stands out is that the employees here are all very friendly and nice. I recommend!

Let me tell you something!!!!! I was craving a waffle at 7 PM. I knew exactly what I wanted and trying to find it that late in the day was so hard but when I tell you that this restaurant was so delicious! I got the chicken and waffle with fried okra and green beans. I also got a side of the cherry cobbler. (I split the waffle in half)I wasn’t a fan of the cobbler. I will 100% be back but next time I’ll try the tenders. The southern girl in me is soooooo satisfied!

We came for rhe chicken and waffles and loved tbe food, the service, the variety. Located in Frisco just a hop skip and a jump from the Tollway, Bubba’s Cooks Country is like a step back in time. Freshly prepared dishes with rhe biggest cinnamon rolls you have ever seen. The staff was very friendly anf provided great recommendations. Whether you dine in, drive through or carry out, give Bubba’s a try you will be back for more!

Do not come here. I ordered a family pack of 8 pieces, specifically telling the employee that I did not want legs. After waiting fifteen minutes not in a drive thru line but at the WINDOW, I was presented with the lukewarm chicken that included drumsticks. The fries tasted like they were double fried, and the fried okra was extremely soggy. I am most appalled at the fact that I saw the employee who took my order keep his back to me for fifteen minutes while my food was getting cold right in front of me. The 8 pieces of chicken and two sides was not in any way worth the $40 I paid.

Fried chicken is not something the DFW metroplex does well. Except for Bubbas and Babes. All the chains in the area have overly salted, overly brined, weird tasting chicken. Bubbas and Babes has big pieces, crispy and it tastes great. Just wish there were more locations.

The food was a 10/10. The chicken is always fresh and has great taste. The mashed potatoes are some of the best I've ever had and the rolls were great. The fruit salad here is easily my favorite thing here. The service was very nice and friendly. The restaurant takes after a 50's style and the overall restaurant is a 10/10.

I had a large order to take with me for family out of town. The service was absolutely impeccable. The manager checked the order herself to make sure all items were packed. Everything was correct and delicious the next day. Highly recommend. Vicki

Bubba's is more of a fried chicken restaurant. The chicken was good, but the macaroni and cheese wasn't that great. Service was spotty, as silverware was only delivered with one of our meals. And one meal was ready-made and the other we had to wait on. So we didn't exactly eat together. Also we weren't given or offered butter for dinner roll or corn bread. The chicken was good so I would try Bubba's again.

Aunt Hazel's Salad with Thousand Island dressing g was amazing. Only wish the salad had more greens like spinach or mixed greens. Dressing tastes like homemade.

Looking for a quick place to stop for some comfort food. Family consensus was, it was just ok. The Cole slaw was not a favorite. The chicken needed a little more flavor. The service was good.

I visited this location in Frisco today for the first time tonight. (11.07.22). I was pleased with the 2 piece catfish dinner, and 1 of my yeast rolls. Now anyone who has had Norma Cafe, I believe Bubba's fish and rolls are a contender. Unfortunately I didn't like the after taste or lack of seasoning for green beans. The mac /cheese was pretty good. A couple of suggestions: serve hot sauce with fish and not that tartar sauce. Doesn't taste right. I put some garlic salt and Cholula hot sauce on the green beans to help, and a little hot sauce on the fish. It was perfect then????. I did have one yeast roll that looked like it was pinched off of or something. I saw a woman walking behind the line eating...so who knows..??. I did like that the drive thru gentleman Sean was wearing some COVID-19 protection on his face. Plus I could tell he was relieved I was wearing a facemask as well. Overall experience for me as a rookie was decent. I wish you all sold a 3 piece fish dinner and fried okra. ? However my order was double checked and correct. ?Parking: Plenty of parking
