Worst service ever no host at the door she saw us waiting and clocked out to go home didn’t let us know anything waited 20 minutes by the door waiting for someone to seat us and when my boyfriend went to ask someone they said there was a wait when there wher plenty of tables open. They hire anybody to work here specifically teenagers there are only incipient teenagers working here.
The only person who deserves a 5 star is the male bartender ever time we come he takes good care of us he was the person that got us seated doing the job of everyone.The manager should be trained more clearly she doesn’t know how to manage a restaurant.

This place was crap! I stopped by for my veterans meal and ordered at the bar, Gin n Tonic with my free meal wings n fries. Told the lady I had to wash my hands which the bathrooms are at the front of the restaurant. When I returned no drink and she was taking an order for a table that just sat down. Ok fine, don't make my drink after I order it. Then what happened next blew me away. Lady came back behind the bar and got beers for the guys already ate and ordered their other round of beers. She looked over at me and realized she didn't make my drink yet. Didn't say anything to me, even after looking at me. I clearly didn't have a happy face. It was a very confused face

Worst experience ever this location was terrible. Staff when we arrived flat out said we are under staffed and quoted 30-35 min wait with over 20 empty seats.

Without customers they wouldn't get paid, system online was not working we tried with different phones to order and the young lady answering the calls couldn't even transfer us to a manager who ever manages this place at night clearly dont care about their customers. We wanted to do 2 orders of the 20 wings for 21 dollars, dont recommend a place that dont even try to accommodate their customers.

I went on a Monday night when the Cowboys were playing and only the bar area was open. Service was pretty slow and the wings were so small ($11 for 6). Tall beer specials were good prices and lots of TVs. I don't recommend the tiny bone in wings.

I don’t know if it was a one off experience, but it took quite a bit of time for our server to take our order. Once we ordered it was hard for us to order more drinks. It wasn’t very busy, there was maybe 5 other tables who had people and there were two waiters/waitresses working. A table left because they never got waited on. Saw them talk to the counter person as they left.

I dined in with a friend last night for the BOGO wings and we were served 40 wings. I immediately shared with the server that she made a mistake and it was only supposed to be 20 wings/10 each. She apologized and we chatted and ate. Our tickets were provided by a male and I mentioned (with the remaining wings and some on the table) that there was a mistake— we were only supposed to be charged for 1 BOGO. He said he needed to check with a manager. He never returned, but our waitress did. I asked if she was able to split the check. When she returned she said she could only split it down the middle. I told her no worries I would cover the tab and we would work it out on our end. She then mumbled something about taking wings. I said, “I’m sorry. Will you repeat that, please?“ She said, “Dan said you can’t take 10 wings.“ I said, “I’m sorry, but I only had intentions on taking the remaining wings I paid for.“ They proceeded to watch my friend and I count our wings to ensure we didn’t take more than we were supposed to. I tipped and left. As I was walking out, I couldn’t believe my experience. I was experiencing several emotions. I had only eaten 4-5 wings and I was approached like a thief. As I walked out, I left my box on the counter and walked away wanting my money back, never wanting to return, feeling profiled and wondering what type of company treats guests in that manner. I will never visit Buffalo Wild Wings again. I don’t wish the feeling we felt on anyone. Money was never the issue. However, I didn’t want to pay for wings I didn’t order and it was clear I wasn’t going to eat them. Three employees walked out checking on us during our visit, asking us to complete a review only to treat us less than. The worst experience ever. Here’s proof that we left 20 wings on the table.

Won’t be back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Experienced being profiled and discriminated against. Came in for the wing Bogo special. The server entered in the order wrong. We let her know it was wrong when the order came to the table and she made it seem like it was okay. When it was time to pay the bill, the Bogo was honored then the server told us that Dan told her to tell us to leave 10 wings because we didn’t pay for them. Had no issue with paying, but have never experienced being told to leave food as if we were trying to steal food. We were being watched the whole time packing up making sure we didn’t take any wings to go. I won’t be back to this location ever.

The whole place is empty and they can't give you the table you want, bad service.

The host sat us for lunch and not one person came by our table for 20 minutes, no waters, not even a hello, nothing. We didn’t feel like being ignored so we got up and left. Poorly run place.
