Clearly management and/or the higher ups could care less about these reviews. They go back months and months and everything is still the same. Called to order and they said 20 mins got there I could see my order was there but I still had to pay for it. It had been about 30 mins and no one had came to the front to ask if we needed anything or offer help. Once I finally got my food it was cold and I had to reheat at home. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Never again , will I be back. Just had gotten off of work. Trying to get food for my family of 5. The cashier was mad and rude as hes taking my order. Than didnt ring me up correctly. I spent like $70 total after he rung everything correctly. I asked for one Burger with the veggies on the side, but gave hardly gave me any lettuce And it was spoiled. Wings hardly had any seasoning, we asked for dry lemon pepper. Both wings were super tough and dry. Fries was the only the thing that was good. BUT THE REST OF THE Food was horrible instantly made our stomach hurt.

Waited nearly over 40 minutes for wings. Then trying to place the order for the special on line I kept getting an error message stating try back later. So I kept going in letting and showing the store lead the message I was getting he kept saying try over give it a couple minutes so I was like okay come to an end still getting error. So I was like okay there’s no way you can accommodate the price or over ride since I been here over 22 minutes no there’s nothing I can do about it then you give cold fries. NOW I REMEMBER WHY I HAVE NOT EATEN BUFFALO WILD WING IN 7 years.

Went to this place the food was pure garbage smelled like a toilet food was ice cold I’m gonna add to my comment. I was very aggravated yesterday so I cut it short. They had a carpet when you walk in and it was full of water. They picked it up with their bare hands and went back in the kitchen without washing your hands. It wasn’t the guy preparing the food. It was someone else. The owner was very in days Very confuse We told him the food was cold and old he started touching the food with his bare hands nasty restaurant

I use to visit this location frequently.. but that has changed. Over the past year the food has gotten worse and worse. From messed up orders to food quality. This brings me to today... as i said its been a while and i just received a 6 piece boneless reward for my birthday. Thought this is a perfect chance to give it a try again... well i remember why i stopped going... out of 6 wings drenched in sauce only 2 were edible. I mean rock hard, dry (yes even the sause couldnt soften them up) couldnt even puncture the outside coating with a fork. They charge 8.99 for 6 bonless they should all be edible. Ill be buying the sauce from walmart if i want parm/garlic wings.
