DO NOT eat here!!! Horribly overcooked, nearly charred burgers. The service this evening was terrible, it appeared the employees had no idea what they were doing. All 4 of our families orders were wrong. . . Wrong meat, wrong gluten free bun for a family member w/a true allergy, wrong sides that we paid extra for that were not included. Total disaster!

I had burger trio and fries. Burgers were good but their fries were super disappointing. More than half order of the fries were uncooked and soggy.

This place is reminiscent of McDonald's quality. We ordered 2 sliders per person, and while the flavor was decent the meat patties were very obviously frozen and reheated. Sweet potato fries were inconsistent, as some were rubbery and uncooked and others were fine. Nothing tasted fresh - I'm sad we chose this place instead of trying something else!

Best gourmet style burgers! I tried the trio (3 slider style burgers) and it was an excellent way to taste 3 different types of burgers. Regular potato fries and sweet potato fries was also excellent. Fantastic and helpful customer service. Definitely will return in future.

Great food and friendly staff. The burgers were great and the buffalo wings were even better. The wings were crispy not the rubbery chewy kind like many places serve. The home made potato chips and onion rings were great as well. We got the family box and it fed 6 people perfectly.

Ate there about 6 PM on a Wednesday night. It was rainy & cold and the place was empty. Pleasant waiter, food served fast & hot. I had the regular burger, wife had a salad. My burger was cooked just right, not greasy. I recommend this place.
First time there and not going back. The service was great but that is pretty much it. The food is not good.

First time here, 1122AM, only customer there. Walk in , gaze at the menu, young blonde lady at the counter, not friendly, just there, I order, no estimate on time, walks away, go to fill my drink cups up, automated hi-tech soda machine prompts with 'maintenance something, I decide to continue on, hoping I don't get moldy soda or something, wait about 14 mins for food, lady hands me my order, also btw I tipped her 25% originally, doesn't say have a nice day, no smile, nothing, other staff behind her were discussing some orders, they also never acknowledged me or anything. Felt like I was a ghost in there, invisible. Btw, clean up your side table, had soda cans on a table and some mess like a storage. Get home, eager to eat, and first thing I see when I open my first order is burned buns. Hoping the 2nd one is maybe decent for my mom, open that to the same thing, btw, the buns were thrown on there sideways. I fixed them before the pics to show the burntness! Wow, I was trying to impress my mom with this new place, how embarrassing. Only reason I gave it two stars is bc the meat and cheese was at least tasty, the price during lunch special great but this place needs help before it gets shut down for either health reasons or lack of customer service.

I have been here several times and always had a good experience. The food tastes great, and they have multiple vegetarian options (falafel, uncut burger made from lentils, impossible burger sold as veggie patty). Yes, the food takes 10 minutes or so to come out, but it's worth it. If you lack patience, this is not the restaurant for you. They're in a really awkward location, and the prospects are likely grim, but I hope they make it.

super yummy local burger spot! everything was cooked to perfection and the buns were so good and fluffy. their fries are more of a chip style which made them super unique & the prices were good too. I know there are a million places to choose from in the frisco area to eat at and burgers make up a good chunk, but if you want to try something different i would recommend this place!
