They served the food to a wrong customer. After 10 minutes they realized their mistake...instead of making a fresh bowl..theynserved same food bowl to our table... Anf thr place was not even busy...it's a minimum courtesy not serve food from other table very disappointing

biological sliders had a good taste. the buns were ice cold. I mentioned it to server and she didn't offer to warm them up. it has slipped in the eat out rotation ever since they removed the salad bar and soup. it really slipped this visit.

I found two pieces of plastic in my food. It looks like it was cooked in the egg. The other was inside of a piece of bulgogi. I couldn’t finish the rest and I wasn’t even halfway. I have loved this location for many years so this experience makes me sad. I also ordered kimchi rice and they gave me white. It says kimchi rice on the receipt.

Impossible to contact restaurant about problems with order, phone answered by robot that transfers call to mail box not set up, then disconnect. If they get your order wrong, you're just SOL.

I ordered, from a touchscreen, SPICEY PORK, some dumplings, and miso soup with a fountain drink. My ordering process began with some disappointment when there was no option available at the self service point of sale for me to order extra Kimchi. That was my entire purpose for trying this place was I wanted some Kimchi. On the plus side of service, the young lady who served my table brought me a small container of Kimchi when I asked how I could order more. The final result after trying the little portion of Kimchi she kindly brought, was not my favorite. Overall the food was pretty good, but I think I had different results in mind from what was the reality of this dining experience.
Your employee Benjamin Alexander VanMeter did a great job, he did burn the eggs cause he can’t cook. But served us great and would definitely consider coming back. Great employee?

It is very rare to find a korean restaurant with vegetarian options specifically bibimbap. The create own bimbamp bowl was really good. We order from here at least once a week. My daughter loves their japchae noodles as the base for her bowl.

One note is that they don’t sell soup separately, only offering miso soup as part of a combo with rice and fried items.
