Hands down best Mexican food. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and the best people take care of you there. My family has been coming here for 36 years because it’s always been excellent. Get the hot salsa, the carne asada, and the mango tres leches—you won’t regret it

The food was was different than it used to be. These salsa was great, but the chicken and enchiladas were dry inside. The refried beans and the rice tasted so different than what I remembered was not good.

When you give a waiter a drink order, I would expect the waiter to STOP with the drink promotion. But he did not. I just wanted what I wanted and had interest in getting a free glass, or omit the Red Bull from the drink or anything else. I had to decline at least three times, before another person at the table stopped him, with the promo again, and just get me a simple drink. The waiter never seemed to recover, had an attitude, and then did not bring two tortillas to the table that was ordered during the meal. He brought them after the meal was over AFTER I had to remind him. Just listen to the order...is my point and then follow through in a timely manner. Thank you.

I was really impressed the few times I went to your restaurant, but something has changed and the food is much more forgettable. There is a major lack of flavor that was present there earlier. I don't know if there was a management or chef change, but most people in Frisco/Plano will not pay good money for cuisine that is bland and overpriced. There is a lot of competition and I thought Cantina Laredo was one of the better Mexican restaurants based on earlier experiences. Something has changed. It was empty when I was there around dinnertime on the weekend. Hopefully it is addressed and the restaurant can make a comeback.

Passes off DoorDash drivers to the busy bartenders while the hosts stand around. Just about every other restaurant has learned not to do this and make the hosts do the job instead. This restaurant expects special treatment and doesn’t respect our time. A customer is behind every DoorDash driver. Do better.

Visited for a coworker's party. The food was fabulous, hot and delicious. The service was excellent without being intrusive. The margaritas were excellent! Because we were there for a party, the atmosphere was different than an average lunch visit, but I was impressed enough to plan another visit with hubby in tow soon.
