Looked forward to banking here. I have multiple accounts with capital one. However Im disappointed they wont take a cash or check deposit without the physical debit card at this location. I never carry a debit card. Have my capital one credit card and all my accounts on the app. Not coming back.

We bought a Hot Latte, Iced coffee and a matcha. Felt like the latte was very okeish and the espresso was very less. I have been to other capital one cafes but this is kind of lesser standard compared to others.

I need to give Braden the recognition his team should be taking notes from.
If you have ever been in a mall during the holidays, you know how hectic it gets. When we walked in, the café was packed with a line almost to the door. A group of associates were standing around who I assume is the manager focused on his laptop, while Braden was the only one actually doing the work. He was cleaning tables, greeting customers, helping wherever he could, and thanking everyone who came in. You can tell he has regulars too. While we were there soeaking to him, a sweet older woman asked him how his fiance was doing. That says everything about the kind of connection he builds with people, and I have to shout out the baristas as well. They greet us by name with a smile every single time and it makes the experience even better. I have been in a few times now and Braden is easily the most consistent and hard working employee they have. Wonderful customer service. If you stop by, take a moment to chat with him. He is truly a bright spot in the café.

I come here when I’m visiting the mall to grab a drink and shop. Ordered an avocado toast. The guacamole tasted kind of sour, as if it was fermented or something. Also ordered a drink with no honey because of an allergy, it had honey in it. Staff is not helping. Yes, 50% off is nice, but rather pay more at Starbucks.
The best place to worn out of the office or have a meeting. Good choice of food and drinks

I've been coming to this location for a while but what made me write a 5 star review is Nicole. Her customer service was excellent!!!! She was constantly checking on everyone , there was a slight issue with my order but it was completely resolved. Nicole took the initiative to make sure I was satisfied. I hope everytime I come back that she's here . What a joyful addition she brings to the establishment!!!

This location in nice , but people working here are not. 2 out of three times I have gone one young man was condescending and the other time just was so annoyed . The service is not good and wish they would hire nice people to work here. Drinks are ridiculously small.
