Ice cream was good, but experience was a bit disappointing. I went for the puffle, but their machine was not working, so was not able to get one. Tried the double chocolate ice cream, which tasted good, but the price was a bit expensive I felt. Also the whole store smelled like cigarette smoke which was not very appealing. Probably would not return.

yikes. they have a menu out with ice cream options for which they don't have the ingredients. No indication that certain products are not available until you spend time choosing and making your order. PuffLes are displayed and they "don't have them today". Staff is climbing on countertops where they make the ice cream with their shoes on. Not great.

They took great care of us when they had technical difficulties and made sure we were beyond satisfied with our order. Very sweet employees and manager even gave coupons for the wait. Will be back for sure. Great flavors of ice cream and the puffle cone is awesome

Went in with my family tonight after dinner. Place was empty and as soon as we walked in, the employees looked inconvenienced and annoyed that they had customers. They even ran to the back and complained amongst one another. Place was hot, don’t think the AC was running. It also didn’t smell or look clean.. almost as if they mopped with dirty water.For the expensive cost of this ice cream, I would at least expect a simple kind greeting and clean environment!

Really great service from Cameron. She was super patient and kind when explaining the flavors and options. I ended with a cup of the S'mores and my friend tried the Cauldron on a small puffle. Cameron was great and hope she is there next time we stop in!

It smells terrible in here I could barely eat my ice cream because the whole place smelled like a toilet. Also the prices on the wall are wrong. The sun moon & stars flavor is pretty good though.
Enjoyed an after-dinner sweet treat. I would prefer if they gave you more toppings for the prices they charge. I got the milk and cereal and the ratio didn't quite work. My sister got the s'mores and it was much better. The ice cream comes out in a cute rose shape and it's good ice cream. The folks working were pleasant. 4 stars instead of 5 for the price.

I went 20 min out of the way hoping to get ice cream with the famous puffle. The machine was broken for the weekend. I mentioned to the staff it was our first time. No greet, no recommendations on popular items.Upon looking at the menu, I really didn’t get a good idea of what would be good. It sounds like regular ice cream. Nothing enticed me or sounded appealing. No pictures of some of their favorites were on the menu or walls. We just left and got similar ice cream elsewhere. Not sure I missed much.

Yikes total disappointment. I saw so many great reviews and was so excited to try their ice cream. The restaurant smelled like a bathroom backup and the service was not super friendly. We had a vanilla cone with Oreo and a Vietnamese coffee with whipped cream. The upcharge for an extremely small serving of canned whipped cream was ridiculous. The ice cream was very thick - like custard and super powerful in flavor. We threw more of it away than we ate.

I am a huge s***** for the Vietnamese coffee flavored ice cream at Cauldron. It is so tasty and the extra creamy texture of the nitrogen ice cream just adds to the experience. If you opt for the puffle, it becomes a small meal.I was wondering if I was missing out on other flavors by sticking to the coffee, so I tried the Sun Moon & Stars. I did not love my experience and went straight back to my coffee the next time. It was an unnatural blue color and just kinda tasted like vanilla.Also, my boyfriend has gotten the Cauldron, which, if you want that cereal milk flavor, get this instead of the milk and cereal. The cinnamon-y vanilla ice cream tastes like cereal milk, even with Oreos mixed into it. And so yummy with the Oreos!Go try their ice cream and find your favorite!

Ice cream presentation was cute, it's given as a flower shape. I had the pineapple flavored ice cream. My only issue was when I the counter to order I forgot the prices and when I ask one of the girls behind the counter said I needed to go back to the board to look, however the other girl did tell me. Drinking fountain or water station would have been nice to have.
