Yesterday after taking my boys to soccer practice, we stopped by the Frisco Market Center location (5252 Main St Suite 120). Right away, the front staff stood out — super polite and really attentive. The tall guy at the register noticed when I asked about a stain on our cup; he offered to replace it, but I said it was fine. The fact that he acknowledged it was all I cared about.
The best part came after lunch. My three kids wanted to try the new cinnamon sugar pita chips with honey. We ordered a batch, but they tasted a little stale. We didn’t complain; yet another staff member (I remember he had ear loops) came over, apologized, and surprised us with a freshly cooked order. That gesture meant a lot — we hadn’t even said anything out loud!
It’s small moments like these that make me want to keep coming back. The food is great, but the staff is the real reason. Please keep up the good work finding such thoughtful employees!

I went to CAVA today for the very first time, and I honestly had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. I told them it was my first time, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They never rushed me, explained the menu, offered suggestions, and walked me through the best combinations so I could build a bowl I’d really enjoy.
The restaurant was clean, organized, and had such a fresh vibe. The food itself was so good and everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned.
Overall, the customer service and food quality exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for in fast-casual dining, but they definitely made my first visit memorable. I’ll absolutely be back!

I usually love Cava, but this location consistently falls short. The staff here is noticeably ruder than at other Cava locations, and today the male employee with long bleached-blonde hair was especially rude while taking my order. On top of that, the dining room is almost always dirty and the Diet Coke is out most of the time. The food quality also doesn’t feel up to par. Really hoping management addresses these issues.

We were just about to walk inside and get a late dinner when I saw one of the employees behind the counter right in front of the food, rubbing her nose excessively and then picking her nose. Yuck.
