We ordered takeout from this restaurant since my daughter loves the location in Frisco. But this place is terrible. I ordered 2 meals, only got one, didn't get my pita bread either. And the one meal I did get had the avocado skin right in the bowl! Not a tasty bite! Good concept, terrible quality control. Go to the one in Frisco.

It’s rare you get kind and personable service at a fast food chain. Romaine is a wiz at pita and bowl making and Tony made me feel really comfortable and excited about ordering Mediterranean food for the first time. I have actually never written a review and I’m only writing it because Tony’s kindness and people skills really motivated me to do so.
The food is also great. There’s this skhug thing that tastes really good especially if you’re a fan of spicy food but also like more natural flavors.
I can’t say much in terms of the meat options as I ordered vegetarian, but the falafel is pretty good too (can often be a hit or miss at most restaurants in my opinion) and the pita chips are pretty nice (though dry, you definitely need a dip for them). Oh and I love the crazy feta!
And while I kind of implied this, there are VARIOUS vegetarian options, so you definitely won’t feel left out. I’m not vegan, but have friends who are lactose intolerant, and this is definitely a place I can take them where they won’t feel left out
Overall, if you want to grab a healthy, hearty meal, definitely come to Cava. Had my apprehensions at first because I thought it would be some kind of quinoa salad joint but the flavor palate is actually really diverse.
Vegetarian options: Loads of options like falafel, grilled veggies, etc. you don’t feel left out because there are just so many alternatives.

I have eaten here twice! Customer Service is great! Food is great! The problem is I’m spending $23-$26 on a bowl and the portions are so small. The last bowl was so small , I could see the bottom. I didn’t even see any lettuce so I asked for more. Can I at least get my monies worth 🤦🏾♀️…The Cava’s in my hometown in GA is not this stingy with portions.

This location is horrible! Save yourself the time and money as they completely did not make one of the items I payed for. Additionally, I payed extra for pita bread and did not even receive my complimentary pita. It finally became too much after I found a large piece of avocado skin in my bowl. I tried calling the location but no one picked up. I typically love Cava but this location is making me rethink my opinion.

I recently visited CAVA, and it was an excellent experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I appreciated the variety of options for customizing bowls, from protein choices to the wide range of toppings and sauces. The staff was friendly.
