Worst buffet experience. Not many varieties and they take forever to just get the rotis refill. No rotis refilled after asking 3 times. Not like they are making fresh , bringing the prepackaged rotis to here took this long.
My previous experience order off of menu is not great either. Juicy mutton mundi. Mutton was burnt totally. Let it slide the first time. Again buffet experience, felt like leaving a review.

It all started with an Instagram Reel. We're a group of 5 friends who visited the restaurant for the first time. We couldn't find most of the dishes mentioned in the reel, even on a Friday evening, which was really disappointing. We ordered pulavs, but the meat wasn't cooked well. The only thing I liked was the ambiance and seating.

Went to Chalo India Indian Restaurant with my friends after seeing all those amazing Instagram reels — but honestly, the reality was completely different. A lot of the dishes they showed online weren’t even available when we went, which was super disappointing.
We ordered Goat Fry Pulav, Chicken Fry Piece Pulav, and a couple of appetizers. None of them tasted good — everything felt off, from the flavor to the texture. I’d honestly say the food was below below average, maybe even one of the worst we’ve had around here.
We’ve tried plenty of Indian places in Frisco, and this one would definitely be in the bottom 2 or 3. The reels made it look so good, but it just didn’t live up to the hype at all.

We had mixed experiences with this place..their mandi is good choice. Buffet experience is not great with either food not available or too much wait time.

Food taste too good. But When you ordering food with pickup then make sure you are giving plenty of time. They take 1 hour to pack your food.
Except delay in service I don’t have any complaints.

A place that mistreats women invites its own downfall
This South Indian restaurant and grocery store was a huge disappointment. The food and service were very poor, and the meat section is handled by students who don’t seem to have proper training or hygiene standards.
What’s even more concerning is that I’ve heard from multiple people that one of the owners behaves inappropriately with women employees and that staff are often underpaid or not paid on time. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The management needs to take serious action to fix these issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Food is great when its not busy. Quality of the food goes to 0 out of 10 when it gets busy and forget about the service quality when its busy.

I had ordered an egg biryani, but after reaching home, I discovered that it contained chicken pieces. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The experience has caused me to lose trust and confidence in your service.
To make matters worse, when I returned to the restaurant to report the issue, the response from your staff was unhelpful and dismissive.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the quality control and customer service issues.

Very bad service and absolutely no coordination or proper communication.
We came as a family to try their weekend buffet. Out of all their menu items, our favorites were mutton mussalam and gulab jamun.
When I went to get the mutton curry, there were no pieces left just gravy. I asked if they were refilling it, and was told it was not part of the buffet. But once we were almost done eating, they suddenly said a refill was coming. So which one is it?
Same thing with the gulab jamun. While paying, no one mentioned that it was the last serving that was out there. Only when we went to eat the gulab jamun, they casually say it was over and there wouldn’t be any more.
The whole experience was confusing and poorly handled. Won’t be going back.

Went in to dine breakfast buffet , only to find empty trays and asked to wait for 15min to be filled , they are filling one at time . So did not get a fulfilling experience taking all item in the plate at once .
Seating is so crowded, it’s felt like going on eating at the roadside stall in India .

Way to overcrowded and service was really bad. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get food. The atmosphere was bad and lot of flies inside the eating area that makes the place not suitable for dine in.

I bought boti, just because of outside ambience. Sorry to say they charged 17.31 for small portion that too very spicy…
Don’t waste your time, pls go to some good restaurants and have a premium food for this price….
