Charleys Cheesesteaks

Literally the second worst sandwich I've ever had. It's so cheaply made using weird steakum type of me. If you know what that is, you know that they're just thin slices of incredibly processed mystery meat.

I am a frequent customer of Charley's Pilly Cheesesteakes but am highly disappointed of my most recent purchase thanks to poor customer service.

My app shows that I have earned $5 towards my next order so I ordered a sandwich and told the employee I had a $5 reward and how do I use it. After following a list of instructions and giving my phone number I proceeded to pay. However, I noticed after purchase the $5 did not come off. When I told the employee he looked very confused as if not to know what I was talking about. After involving another employee all they could do was tell me I needed to use it on anther order. I made this order because I had the reward and it didn't come off.

The food is good. I love it every day. Of course, lately I have had to order takeout because the tables are always occupied by Walmart staff.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, Rude staff, food, and services, Charges me for Bacon Fries and just give fries and asked for additional amount when asked refund my money back, did not refund me and charged again. they have already charged. If you have kids, Do not buy anything from them. And they did not refund my money. Worst place food and services.

As always. Service here SUCKS even if the food is good. They didn’t even start my pick up order until it was time for me to pick up and I walked on over to them. Not even including previous times where I’ve encountered rude staff because god forbid I ask for a bag on a carry out order. Rude. Lacks attention to details. And honestly I’d say lazy because even when the line was empty for a few moments and I thought they were working on it I was wrong.

Came here because my fiancee and I LOVE the crispness of the fries here. Ordered a large regular and small ultimate. Very disappointed once we got the fries. They weren’t crispy at all, felt barely cooked and weren’t even edible. I asked for new fries and the people just seemed confused. Such a bummer.

The atmosphere is set lower because it is in the food court. Everything else was top notch. I got the chicken Philly and it was out if this world. One of my top philly's ever.
