Worst experience ever! We have workers playing around while customers and mall employees are waiting for their order, a lady clearing on her phone listening to her voice messages and texting while handling the food, unsanitary! And unprofessional!

The employee received more money by placing nuggets I didn't order on the order. And the sandwich is out of vegetables.
Good food, good service, OK atmosphere. I chose a spot that was isolated so I could have some along time doing my homework while eating some Chick-Fil-A, and some kid FARTED on me. He then wouldn't stop bothering me for the next hour or so. But thank goodness Shrek came. The kid immediately ran to him to take photos. Look, I love mascots, but maybe they just shouldn't touch little kids, know what I mean?
Cashier had the worst attitude. Was just picking up a delivery order and was met with the worst customer service and was barely acknowledged. Zero communication and just a negative experience over all. I never leave bad reviews but was just taken aback by the rudeness..

I did an order for a Grilled Club sandwich. They gave me a spicey chicken sandwich instead. I realized this when I got home and was not willing or wanting to come back. Make sure you check your food before taking

I ordered two of the 12 count grilled nuggets and instead received two of the 8 count grilled nuggets. Yall should be giving people the food they paid for, especially with how the container is labeled as 12 nuggets but somehow there only 8 in each container. Cmon
