My friend placed an order online for breakfast at 10:22am i get there at 10:25 am to pick it up for her. Just 2 items in her order. The store is busy Saturday morning i get it. The cashier tells me “we aren’t serving breakfast anymore” I repeat the order was placed before the breakfast time finished. She then walks away! So i keep waiting. Theres 3 other customers complaining about the same thing!! Only 1 of them got their order which she told me she placed at 10:23. They go and cancel the order online and have no decency to even tell me. I worked at restaurants before and even when orders were placed 2mins before CLOSING time we had to fulfill them. This is not how things work. It is not my fault you were too busy to complete the order before the “breakfast time” was over. Fix your damn ordering system and don’t allow to place orders after a certain time if you can’t make them.

Ordered on my app for faster service. I show up to the restaurant and it directs me to the pick up section. Once there I am greeted and I let them know I’m picking an order up. She asks if it’s for Alex C and I confirm. She states that they’re working on it. Ok no problem. I wait for 15 minutes (there are only two of us in the restaurant and the drive thru is slow). A man walks in and stands at the counter, the person behind the counter has her back to it and doesn’t see him. About 3 minutes go by before she realizes that someone is standing there. She takes his order and the party standing behind him and they about their business. They receive their food and it’s at this point where she asks me if I’ve received my food yet. I tell her no and she checks the kitchen. I can hear her say “I need a chicken burrito..” etc. it’s at this point I realize my food hasn’t even been started yet. I get home to enjoy my delayed breakfast only to find out they messed my order up. I usually go to the Preston location but this was a little closer today. I will never return to this location. Poor customer service and sense of urgency
Great chick-fil-A. Service is always nice. Has a play place for the kids which usually good. Sometimes some of the other kids are like wild animals rather than children that know how to behave, but if you can get past that and everyone plays nicely on the play place, then you can have a good time.

I confused. Y’all advertise breakfast ends at 10:30. I was there at 10:21 in the drive thru and the girl switched the sign and said no more breakfast. Is appreciate if yall could honor your word next time and have respect for yalls customers time. Thanks.

This Chick-fil-A location is hurting. Slow cycle time at the drive through. Like 15 minutes even off peak. Errors. I would avoid if possible

Tiny little breakfast fillets for the Chick-fil-A original chicken sandwich.
Went in showed them and let them know their little breakfast fillets.
Guy comes out saying he checked with the kitchen and yea their a little bit smaller then they should be took back the two I had and handed me two more the exact same.

This is one of the best Chick Fil A food I have ever had. Couldn't tell you what the difference was from other locations, but it is always fresh, tasty, and good. There was a spacious seating area, which also seems to be rare in chick fil a locations now, and clean tables.
The service was inconsistent. Sometimes they'd be attentive, but more often than not, they would avoid eye contact at all costs. Had at least 4 people walk by, while standing at the counter for a refill. Was a bit disappointed.

The lemonade was very pulpy. It is not normally pulpy when i go to other chickfilas. No chickfila sauce even though we asked for it. Lady taking my order was very rude and dismissive. Not very cool bro

I’m beyond frustrated right now. I have a business meeting in the morning and came to your website to order breakfast trays—only to find out that your STUPID catering page doesn’t even have them listed! Seriously?! It’s all lunch options. No mini trays, no breakfast items, NOTHING.
Why on earth would you not include breakfast on a catering menu? It’s a basic option, and people like me need it for early meetings. And no, I don’t want to call the restaurant—because every time I do, they either forget part of the order or mess it up entirely. I’m tired of having to micromanage what should be a simple process.
To top it off, I can’t even go through your drive-thru without getting misted in the face because of those ridiculous fans you’ve installed—welcome to Texas, where we apparently need to be sprayed like lettuce just to pick up food.
This whole experience has become a joke. Ever since the founder passed, the quality and service have gone downhill. No attention to detail, no consistency, and now, no breakfast trays online.

Sat down to eat and ordered through the app—super easy and convenient. My food came out quickly and was delivered with a smile. As I was heading out, I asked for a drink refill and they were happy to help. Great experience from start to finish!
I usually love Chick-fil-A for its quick service and friendly staff, but lately the drive-thru experience hasn’t been the same, especially in the mornings. The team members working outside don’t seem engaged or welcoming like they usually are. It feels like they just don’t want to be there. It’s disappointing because Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional service, but this has been a consistent issue during morning visits. Hoping to see that signature hospitality return soon.
