This location seems to consistently fail in the area of having a sense of urgency and great customer service when it comes to being prepared for drive-thru order accuracy.I made the mistake of stopping by this location to pick up my mobile order that consisted of chicken tenders and a sandwich combo. No cars were in the drive thru and once my order as confirmed at the mic I pulled around. I was then handed my beverage and told I would need to pull forward, park in a space, & my food would be brought out.I immediately asked how long this would take as again no cars were waiting ahead of me and the lobby was closed...I was told 1 minute, which made sense for me to remain at the window, but instead I pulled forward, parked, & 8 minutes later my food was brought out.I should have known better and my instincts told me to sit at the window and inconvenience the drive-thru flow and timer that seems to be their priority. Had it been a busy time of day or I had a large order for a team of kids, then I may could sympathize for them not being prepared, but simply put this was and has always been unacceptable...Sending a brownie out for the wait is pointless as well.For this reason I shall return back to my primary location on 8501 Preston Rd as they simply get it right!

Please be careful here. I have NEVER been to this restaurant but some how they keep charging me and they refuse to refund my money. Idk if it's an employee here that's stealing card information but be careful eating here. The manager will NOT help at all to get your money

Food is always great and hot. Drive thru is always fast. Delivery is good when you make sure it’s a chick fil a driver doing the delivery. Rewards points save you a lot of money. Love the spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, and chicken nuggets. The wrap is also good. Probably the best place to get fried chicken. Note that all items get upcharged when you order delivery, plus the delivery fee and tip.Parking: Plenty of parking, only time there wouldn’t be enough would be if they were over capacity.

This is the worst customer service i ever experienced at CFA nor any place. They took my order wrong and when i tried to correct it. They blamed me for the mistake with an attitude. Never again at this location. Mgt if you read this, your staffs need to retrain. What happens to the “Thank you” and “my pleasure “.
