I just went to pick up food. The man taking my order was clearly having a bad day. He gave me attitude and was very unprofessional. The food looked like it was thrown in there. Service is terrible. I am very disappointed. I was excited to try this place for the first time and now I am never going back. Waste of money.

This is the 3rd time that I have come to get take out & spent over $70. And not received all the food that we ordered. It is outrageous that you can spend that much & still not get all the food you ordered. They left out the Gravy. The only reason I went the Chicken Express was to get the Chicken tenders with Gravy. Nobody wants to eat it without the GRAVY. I don’t have time to drive back & get it- the chicken would be cold by the time I got back. The food is good/ but not if you can’t get everything you ordered when you go. Everyone is pissed at me because Chicken Express didn’t give me the Gravy I paid for with the $70.+ order. I called & told Manager.

This location needs work. On top of that, the prices have increased since the last 3 years. On this Google map listing it showed a combo with seven pieces of chicken for only $11.99. when I got there it was 17.49. I went ahead and took it just so I could feed my kids something. A little over 20 bucks for the combo, a drink and two rolls. It came with a regular Mac and cheese, which was incredibly small for a regular. I had to have it between two of my kids and it was laughable. On top of that when I got to the window, they just gave me the food with only one fork even though at the signage I asked for extra cutlery thankfully I had some in the van. And absolutely no trace of napkins. I obviously will not be coming back.

They are not capable of filling an order. Well correctly.
I ordered and paid for 3 peices. Got home to only found 2. I was the only customer. One customer and they still couldn’t get it right.
I wish they didn't make it where a 25 piece meal wasn't $60. Other than that, I absolutely love it!
It's a chicken place, and the quality is consistently good.
