Will never go back. Broccoli salad had a dirt, yes dirt and sandy bite of broccoli that was dropped on the floor and not cleaned, I spit it out to find gray sandy material all over the broccoli. The baked potato soup was awful, the rubbery wood bacon all over everything is horrid, the croissants were thick and dry and hard. Never again

I typically love this place because most of the ingredients are naturally gluten free. HOWEVER, I was explaining to the cashier that I have celiac disease and what that means for the people prepping. As I was asking my questions about which soups were gluten free, what I assume was.. the manager?!? Came around, pulled the giant allergy list off the back of the fridge(behind the register), tried to hand it to ME, and said “just give her this, we aren’t responsible for people’s allergies.” I’m sorry? It’s not like we choose to have a disease that requires us to be an advocate for ourselves. This lack of sensitivity made me never want to go here again and honestly, made me scared to eat there because, obviously, they aren’t taking precautions for people with allergies if they don’t care to listen and answer questions. The only saving grace was the sweet cashier, who stopped him from throwing the giant paper in my face and did well to try to accommodate me and answer my questions. Give her a raise!

I want to first say I rarely give reviews off of 1st impressions because I know everyone may have a day. I want to point out the cashier Anthony was completely rude to me. The other person that was helping me asked him for assistance because she seem to be new and he asked me (with annoyance as a look) what was it that was looking for and I was trying to describe the taste to him to better find the correct flavor due to the menu alterations. I guess it was too much of a complexity in explanation he completely ignored me from then on and went to the customers like we weren’t even speaking in the first place. The customer service could be better or have more customer friendly people in the front. As I was getting my order he became very friendly in front of the manager that was in the front with him at the time which was expected but please be the same way to each customer whether you’re in front of your manager or not.

After hearing about this wonderful place, I was finally able to try it. I had the one scoop Fancy Nancy chicken salad with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup - absolutely delicious. The meal comes with the cutest little sugar cookie and several packs of yummy wheat crackers. Service was friendly, atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Prices on point for such a nice meal. It's a little far from my home, but totally worth the drive!

I can’t believe my wife finally convinced me to try this place—and I’m so glad she did! The Sassy Scotty was absolutely delicious, and the little cookie on the side was a delightful bonus. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere had a welcoming, cheerful vibe that made the whole experience even better.
Most of the staff were friendly and attentive, but a few seemed a bit distracted or disengaged, which was disappointing. I’ll definitely be back for the food, but I hope the service becomes more consistently enthusiastic over time.
