The yogurt was all fat-free. Every single flavor. This was a huge SHOCK to me as my personal preference is to have full-fat yogurt or as much natural fat that’s in the yogurt as possible. I see reviewers stated there are both dairy and dairy-free options available but when I visited, I only saw fat-free options.

Good selection of flavors (pumpkin spice, chocolate, vanilla, tart, cake batter, peanut butter, red raspberry, etc.) but there is a sort-of tanginess to all the flavors once I had them. That ending bitterness taste really put me off, plus the fact that it is all fat-free. Because that means they are putting something else in place of all the fat - like sugar. But it still didn’t taste sickly sweet.

The two girls working upfront were very friendly and kind, and greeted me and my mom upon arrival. Good customer service. Atmosphere was ok since the place was absolutely empty when I came in on the Monday evening. After my arrival though, it seemed like the rest of Plano followed my lead and walked in.

But it is expensive compared to other fro-yo places I have tried and I won’t be back, God-willing. I eat dessert generously and I paid $16.35 for my cup alone (I heaped on a lot, admittedly) but I have never paid so high a sum for my usual amount of gluttony. I don’t particularly recommend - it’s a nice place but not something I would stop by on my way home.

My family and I love Chiller Bee! It’s the only frozen yogurt place I’ll take my kids too. Friendly staff and most importantly, it’s super clean and you can tell the owners and staff care!

Our family loves Chiller Bee. I grew up eating White Chocolate Mousse at TCBY. Chiller Bee makes the flavor even better than the original. The triple chocolate is my favorite chocolate flavored frozen dessert!

The best frozen yogurt you will ever have, they have so many flavors and toppings. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Vegetarian options: They are accommodating to most vegetarians.

Dietary restrictions: They have different options for vegans va and allergies.

Parking: There are many places to park in front of the site.

Kid-friendliness: The staff are very nice to kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has ramps leading to the store.

Went for a fro-yo on Sunday afternoon. Hot day outside! Nice and cool inside. There's a great assortment of flavors, sugar free, dairy free, etc.

Nice selection of toppings, too. I especially liked the pineapple yogurt. The chocolate tasted like chocolate!

They played Christian music and it was very family centered. Well be back soon!

We love this place. My youngest and I go at least once a week. Best yogurt in town - guess your weight Wednesday is a winner.
