I visited this store today, and there were only three people in line. One of the female staff members—short in height—was extremely rude to all the customers. It was a very embarrassing situation, and I couldn’t even sit there and eat. On top of that, we were not able to select all the options we wanted. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this place based on my experience.

Be aware of the dishonesty at this location. I ordered a chicken bowl. It was $9.69 on my receipt. Which was correct. The amount on my bank transaction was $12.88. I called customer service and the deapartment that can pull up the receipts said I had added a soda. I don't drink soda. After I suggested they view their security footage they agreed to refund the soda I didn't order. Before I called I had reached out online. The individual that responded wrote a book to me that they strive and all the rehearsed words they tell you. Then she said she was sorry that I have had so many bad experiences there. I have not previously complained. She said they can't compensate every bad experience.
THEY CAN'T RETURN YOUR MONEY THEY TOOK!!
I advise to be mindful of your charges. After reading all their bad reviews I would be careful of this location.

Your concern should be to find out why and or who overcharged me after i received my food and receipt.

Literally gave me a 0.5 scoop portion of protein and no half/half here, also no corn?? 😂😂😂 what a joke. Never coming to this location again, (I also weighed the chicken for fun to get 2oz of chicken vs Chipotle’s promised 4.

We've been Chipotle lovers for a long time, and if there's one thing I love most, it's the chicken bowl with white rice, beans, and guacamole. However, on June 3rd, my husband ordered our usual chicken bowl for lunch through DoorDash. When I got home and started on my lunch, I noticed that: 1) the chicken didn't even weigh 1 ounce, 2) the chicken was so burnt it and tasted like it was burned, and 3) the rice looked like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator, in balls, dry, and hard!! What happened guys? The concept is fresh food!! I understand that many food chains throw away food at the end of the work shift to ensure freshness, but serving food in poor condition goes beyond any quality control!! Don't be ashamed to ask the cook on duty for more protein and sides, and if it takes a while because they've been very busy, that's fine. We can and will understand the wait as long as we receive the quality we're paying for!!

This location is always pretty good. They make your food with a healthy amount and never hold back on the serving sizes. The staff is talkative and polite. It's one of my more favorite locations to eat at.
