I went to this location today at 11:45 am and the service was wonderful by the young man who made my food but the Hispanic male manager was very rude. How he talked to his black employees was very distasteful and I didn’t appreciate that at all. I will not be returning to chipotle after that in counter. Very disappointed.

Food was great! I have not ordered from chipotle in about a year due to previous service issues, but I will say the service has improved. Still not the most friendliest when you’re picking up a to go order but at least was not rude as in the past, and the food was great.

Shout out to the employee working the online orders during the BOGO before thanksgiving! Dude was doing the best he could and he was doing it great. obviously there was a wait but he was doing the orders in order and even letting customers know that some items weren’t available anymore. This chipotle in particular is honestly the smallest one I've been too and there was sooooo many people and he was patient and fast and good at his job. 😭🫶

I asked for kids meal taco for my son, seems the guy is a new guy there and he gave me 2 tacos, but then they were trying to charge me for the full meal price (almost double). I told them I asked for kids meal, and the guy (seems like the manager) gave me a black face, and then he threw away the 2 tacos as garbage and re-did my tacos in the kids box. Also the terminal was down and we waited for 10 mins and finally did cash only.

Every time I come here to eat, the workers are always looking at me and my people weird. Every single time it makes us feel uncomfortable and can’t really enjoy eating our food with eyes always looking at us. They give you a weird and ugly stare everywhere you go . The also give a little food out too and they look bothered when we ask for more. Place really sucks

As someone who’s worked chipotle I gotta say the service was fast even while it was busy the portions were great and the restaurant was clean. A bit funny to see the size of the dml line at this location though but hey it’s fast and that’s all that matters.

Absolutely horrible customer service and super Conservative with their portions just go to free birds After incorrectly, packaging food for takeout and making a mess in my car the manager started talking shit and said I can’t help you with that. All I can do is talk shit in Spanish like we don’t understand it.

I have consistently given them the benefit of the doubt and continued to place orders in the hope that their quality and quantity would improve. Unfortunately, I keep receiving incorrect items or insufficient quantities. I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to their extremely poor service and quality.
For a while this location was good, and now it’s gone bad. If you are the luckiest you will get what you ordered and they make sure that you won’t get enough quantity. Will never go back to this location.

We go all the time but this time they were extremely rude and every time my kid asked for an item they made faces and my kid asked for extras rice (like always) and the person asked 'y u already have rice'... also extremely less quantity.. very much disappointed....never going back to this location.
