I ordered this quesadilla for lunch (take-out), and this is what I opened up the container to see. No toppings, balled up bread, and it was stone cold.
There are too many other good options out here to go to Chipotle.

Chipotle is overrated to say the least. Rosas & El Fenix is much better quality & more professional staff.. will not be back and I hate black beans. The food has no seasoning.

The customer ahead of us got special treatment, and the server talked to him with their own language for a while after packing the salad bowl to go. When his bowl to go went through rice, bean, then extra extra cooked green pepper and onion, the bow was full. But he wanted chicken in a plastic cup, cheese in another plastic cup, his lettuce and salsa could barely stay on top of the pile inside the bowl. The server had to crush the lid hard to get it closed. So when it was our turn, there was no cooked green pepper and onion to serve us. We were told to wait for them to cook. If some servers don’t treat the customers equally. My money don’t get the same amount of food from your store, I don’t even want to eat at your place anymore.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews here! We ordered Veg Burrito Bowl with everything and Barbacoa with everything except guac.
The bowls was packed with plenty of food. Me and My SO loved the bowls and the salsa packed a punch, especially the spicy one.
Although the stations and cooking grill could use some cleaning, but I could see that they were short staffed

It's so bad. Inconsistent service and food. Portions are shrinking on top of all their other issues.
The past 2 times I’ve been to this location, my plate was inedible. Whoever is making the cilantro lime rice, CALM DOWN ON THE LIME. My rice was incredibly sour to the point where it over powers the rest of the flavors in the bowl. I threw it out both times!

The customer service we received from a tall dark skin man was very very poor. At least if you are serving food, put a smile on your face and talk to customers respectfully. Don't look mean and frowning!! This has happened more than 3 times, with this last experience, I will not come back to this location.
