Lately, Chipotle has been really disappointing. It feels like the quality has dipped across almost every location — smaller portions, inconsistent flavors, and less freshness overall. It used to be one of my favorite go-to spots, but the experience just isn’t the same anymore. Hoping they bring back the quality and care that made Chipotle stand out in the first place.we bought 2 orders just a while back and the white rice were undercooked and so was chicken and I usually prefer Chipotle since can feed some to my 2 yrs kid too little bit it. We have been regular but looks like not so much anymore.

If you order online they'll give you a ton of rice and almost no meat. They'll do ok if you're in person watching them.

We went inside and got two to-go orders. My daughter went to re-heat her food up the next day and found a long piece of Saran Wrap in it. Tried calling the store, but of course the automated system makes it so you can’t speak to anyone. The “live chat” doesn’t work. She truly could’ve choked on that. She just pulled it out of her mouth. The workers need to be less reckless and understand they are dealing with food, and if things drop in there or are “left behind” people can get hurt. It’s really disappointing.

This is the worst chipotle location for food quality… two times I ordered from there and both times I received 4 small pieces of protein. You can’t talk to anyone at the store if you call and they will refuse to give you a refund. Avoid this stingy location. I gave them the opportunity to make it right but they refused.

This chipotle is nicely tucked away near the Star in Frisco but away from the main traffic areas. My wife has allergies and this chipotle is the only chipotle I will eat at, they take time to make sure that everything is clean and taken care of.
The staff are all very friendly and I always enjoy my experience.
Best local chipotle in my opinion, consistently great.

Most expensive chipotle while also being the most skimpy one. They genuinely gave me a half scoop of chicken. Chipotle promises 4oz chicken, not 2 😂
I ordered online which was my first mistake I guess, my bowl was so skimpy when I picked it up it felt empty. There was about six pieces of chicken on my bowl in total. That is ridiculous there was barely any sour cream and barely any rice … yall need to do better. Acting like the portions come out of the workers paycheck. A multi million dollar company should be able to serve the food the way that they advertise not skimpy bowls because we ordered online.
