This is a top 3 dfw chipotle location. It checks all the boxes everytime I come, portions, quality and cleanliness. I will pass multiple Chipotles for this one! Thank you !

12:53 pm today at lunch time the Host Name: Elvia; is not a respectful nice person. Could not understand what she said, she don’t speak loud for me to hear. She has a bad attitude and roll her eyes. This person really don’t need to be at the cash register..

stop by this chipotle just to grab me something quick for lunch. The server was rude. Didn’t wanna put no meat on a quesadilla that you’re about to pay $20 for so I asked for extra meat. She got mad went to the cashier said something in Spanish so when I get to the register, the cashier treated me rude talking about you pay for a double right oh $21 then the district manager was in there at the moment so I stopped to talk to him to complain. He looked at me like he was racist and he didn’t wanna hear anything then apologize so if this is the service that chipotle is offering, I will let everybody know to stop going to chipotle start going to Chiloso cause they definitely have better. Customer service in chipotle do.

Employees are soooo cheap that even after paying close to $6 for a side of guacamole, they don’t even fill up the container properly and only fill up 3/4 of the container and say we can’t put more..
Employees think we are asking for free, but they don’t remember we are paying for it..
STOP BEING CHEAP AND FILL UP PROPERLY AND MAYBE BETTER TRAINING IS NEEDED.

I have gone to this location a few times now and typically do not leave negative reviews unless things are really not good. The food here is fine most the time aside from an occasional oxidated guac (nbd). But I have now consistently had to ask for double meet bc they are so stingy with their portions. Their double meet portion is equivalent to a single portion at a lot of other locations. Anyways, just annoying.

Chipotle delivers a solid, predictable experience that does what it’s supposed to do. The food is decent—nothing groundbreaking, but reliable enough when you want something quick, filling, and customizable. The menu keeps things simple, and that’s part of the appeal. You know exactly what you’re getting every time you walk in.

The ingredients generally taste fresh, and the ability to build your own bowl or burrito is always a plus. The rice and beans are well-seasoned, the proteins are flavorful enough, and the toppings come together nicely when balanced right. While it may not blow you away, it’s satisfying and hits the spot when you’re short on time or don’t want to overthink a meal.

Portion sizes can vary depending on location and staff, but overall it’s still a decent value for the price, especially compared to other fast-casual options. The food feels a step above typical fast food, even if it doesn’t quite reach restaurant-quality levels.

Service is usually efficient, though it can feel rushed during peak hours. Cleanliness and consistency tend to depend on the location, but most visits are smooth and straightforward.

In the end, Chipotle is dependable. The food is decent, filling, and convenient—perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner when you want something familiar without any surprises. It may not be memorable, but it reliably gets the job done

I like Chipotle overall, but their portion sizes are so inconsistent. Today I got the smallest burrito of my live.

Lately, Chipotle has been really disappointing. It feels like the quality has dipped across almost every location — smaller portions, inconsistent flavors, and less freshness overall. It used to be one of my favorite go-to spots, but the experience just isn’t the same anymore. Hoping they bring back the quality and care that made Chipotle stand out in the first place.we bought 2 orders just a while back and the white rice were undercooked and so was chicken and I usually prefer Chipotle since can feed some to my 2 yrs kid too little bit it. We have been regular but looks like not so much anymore.

I just ordered a quesadilla through Uber Eats, and a bowl arrived. I'm really hungry and need to know what happened :( or I don't need to know, I just want my quesadilla.
