I’m not sure who the manager was but all the employees were very rude and not willing to help. I put an online order and I guess maybe someone stole or they didn’t make it. No one was willing to make me a new order and kept ignoring me. I waited an extra 15 minutes and the person who looked u. Charge said to an employee in, “just give her whatever so she can leave”. I stopped here to grab dinner to take home. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Chipotle is such a hit or miss. The only think I will say is that the rice was way too salty. The employees were nice and the portion sizes were perfect.. yes you’re surprised to read that too right? They were busy for 5pm. Give this location a try!

I went to this chipotle and it was almost absolutely empty beside one other customer. I come up and patiently wait for someone to come take my order. A man approaches to take my order and he was the worse attitude. He rushes me through the line and gave me half a bowl of rice. I didn't under why he was rushing and slamming the spoon down, especially when this chipotle was EMPTY! Very rude and unpleasant experience.

Disappointed with Protein Portions
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but every time I order, the protein portions are incredibly disappointing. Whether it’s chicken, steak, or any other option, it feels like they skimp on it every single time. I’m paying for a balanced meal, but I constantly feel shortchanged.

I am fed up with this location and their poor customer service. I have been to this location multiple times and have been disappointed each and EVERYTIME. Corporate really need to implement burrito wrapping classes for all staff because no one at this location can ever actually wrap my burrito correctly. On my visit yesterday the worker literally balled up my burrito and was about to proceed with placing the aluminum foil until i politely asked him could he actually wrap it tight because everything was sloppy and falling out he said ok and proceed to re-ball up (the now soaked) tortilla once again. Frustrated i just told him to put it in a bowl (which he did in a condescending way knowing i was asking him to just dump the ingredients in a bowl since he obviously couldn’t wrap my burrito properly, but he seemed to be in a rush due to the building line and just tossed my soaked soggy barely burrito in a bowl) and i literally removed it from the wrap once i got home and ate it as a bowl but thats ridiculous. Whats the point of having burritos as an option and the staff are dang near making “fajitas/tacos” instead Sloppy , no structure, and no technique. You can’t even pick the burrito up. I’m over it honestly. This has turned me completely off from chipotle until they can get this together.
I also want to add i request my burrito to be double wrapped every time specifically to give them plenty to work with for wrapping still nothing. It’s pathetic.

I asked if I could get the hot salsa on the side because it leaks out the bottom of the quesadilla container and ALWAYS gets put in sideways where it leaks into other food contents and in the bag. The manager talked to me very slowly and like I was stupid. I tried to explain to her she told the woman working the to go counter to just put it in a bowl and so she was going to put it ALL together in a bowl and I just wanted the hot on the side. I tried to be nice just saying “ok maybe im not understanding” because she said she did tell her that which I then repeated. She said “that’s what I told her” very rudely and walked off. So then the woman working the Togo counter put it all in the bowl WITH the hot sauce inside just like I was trying to explain to her was going to happen. The woman working the register apologized and was able to fix it. She was super friendly. I gave two stars for her. The manager was unprofessional and rude. It seems in recent interviews others have also had an issue with her. I would never speak to my customers like that, let alone for something that wasn’t even a big deal. Especially because it was written in the order. I have recently started having issues with this location and have started to prefer the one off 121. I will be making the extra drive to avoid people like her, especially after a long day of work myself. i understand everyone has their bad days, but this was the last negative experience here for me. I don’t understand why she felt the need to talk or treat me like that. I understand if I had asked something crazy but asking for salsa to just be out in a plastic cup instead and receiving that kind of treatment for it just seemed…. Unfair?
They are serving less quantity and if we ask they are not adding more and charged $3 extra without letting us know and one short white girl attitude is bad not treated properly with customers.

My absolute favorite location. The staff here is the best, the food is always perfect, and the portions are great. Everyone is always smiling when I come in. I go here once per week and it's always fantastic.
