Yea , Chitpole needs to just close down at this point $20 for a burrito with two pinches of meat no chips, no drink what was I thinking. Cava & Qudoba are my new burrito places now because this is just a flat out scam at this point.
P.S they’re even skimping out on the rice now 🤦🏽‍♂️

It’s no surprise that Chipotle seems to be declining as a chain. This was my third visit to this location, and each time the experience has gotten worse.

First, the food looks old and the quality is disappointing. I’ve even felt stomach discomfort a couple of times after eating here. The hygiene of the store is also poor, which makes the experience even less pleasant.

The service needs major improvement. The cashier was loud and rude while I was still ordering, she started shouting, asking what drink I wanted. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I asked if they had bottled Coca-Cola, and she said they were out. However, while I was eating, I saw her restocking Coca-Cola bottles right next to her station. That level of laziness and lack of care is unacceptable.

Overall, I will not be coming back to this location. The price does not match the quality or value of the food, and the service makes the experience even worse.

This location is frustrating each and every time I choose to visit, so it's only right to post for others to see, especially based on the current rating score that is pretty accurate. From no sense of urgency to running out items throughout the afternoon/evening to overcharging for an extra serving of protein by being charged for a double portion consistently, at some point you have to look at and blame leadership for underperforming.

Despite spending over $59 on this visit, the portions served were noticeably skimpy and did not reflect the value I expected. To make matters worse, I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for chicken to be cooked—at 7:30pm, during peak dinner hours. That kind of delay is unacceptable and speaks to poor preparation and lack of operational readiness.

The combination of inflated pricing, underwhelming portions, and slow service made this visit feel more like a burden than a meal. It’s unprofessional and disappointing, especially from a brand that promotes speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The food is usually great (if you like Chipotle). Everything else is really rough… Late orders, running out of ingredients making the line wait, missing items in multiple orders in a row. To be fair, this is in the middle of multiple major developments - thousands of hungry, busy families. Still - it should run much better. Bring your patience, check your order or find a less busy, better rated Chipotle.

Food is flavorless and I think they have made the spoons for serving smaller. The service is fast, but it’s just not worth eating here anymore.

I would give more stars if I could. The crew that worked on the evening of Thurs 10/2/25 deserves a raise. Every single one of them…the cook, the assistant, the ladies making the bowls, the cashier…everyone! We’ve never had Chipotle taste soooo good and be made so well! The crew was efficient, polite and thorough. We came in with no expectations because we stopped eating out regularly due to poor quality but Chipotle & the staff last night were all top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for giving us our money’s worth!

Why do people in the US feel cumin is the primary Mexican ingredient? The carne asada tastes more like Indian food then Mexican. Unfortunately, most Indian people do not eat beef. I am Mexican and I hardly ever use cumin in my cooking. This IS NOT a main ingredient

Brain Fuck

Whoever the cook in here needs to be promoted that chicken and rice be so good! The staff serving food are great too. This location over the last few months has gotten better and now is better than the one at eldorado
