This was not the vibe. After a long day I'm hungry too tired to cook but I wanted something healthy so I decide to go to chipotle. As I a walk in I'm very excited to get my food and go home and relax. As I get to the front of line I order my burrito and ask for white rice the lady goes to scoop it and it looks as though the rice is personally coming out of her pay check that's how little she put. Next I went to get my choice of beans I ask for double the lady precedes to not even give half of one. I bet you not even 24 beans came off that spoon. Next I ask for my choice of protein I ask for double (yes I did and what abt it) THE LADY SCOOPS SOME CHICKEN OFF. what ever I move on "do you want some queso" of course who doesn't so I say yes. The lady then goes on to say "I don't even know why I asked that we don't even have any" I'm sorry what did you just say. YALL DONT EVEN MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH. You know good and well yall could have got more queso girl boo. Anyways I keep my composure and now a new lady service she gives me my cheese and lettuce. The burrito was so easy to wrap BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING IN THAT. After that I go home not so happy to enjoy my food but what ever. I get home unwrap my burrito and the " tortilla" was more like a tortilla chip it was hard as freak. The beans idk why she struggled to scoop the beans they were hard asf. Over all never again AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR DOUBLE CHICKEN but forgot the double. 0/10 experience.

Worst chipotle I've ever visited. Food is hit and miss. Customer service does not exist....they can't spell customer service. I don't think there is an actual manager. Avoid this place, if you have time to hit another Chipotle location.

Incompetente workers, can’t listen to simple orders, not clean or organized, always AWAYLS getting something wrong, seems like they hire just to fill in spots, there is no training, no one can do a simple task, nothing in this place is worth the money or time, please close up or get better workers!!!!

I ordered a fajita bowl with black beans, steak, mild tomato, cheese, & lettuce. Instead I got no meat in my bowl, just more beans, sour cream (I didn’t order sour cream), corn (didn’t order corn). Wasn’t even close to what I ordered and wasted $20

I visited todqy to the chipotle today and have disappointed service from the staff, tacos packing and found plastic stuff in the food (tacos).Employee call him as manager and dont have any idea for to go items.I have been visiting chipotle since 10 yeara and never had such issue. I asked the tacos to be packed in bowl which is denied. I have been getting togo tqcow in bowl every time i visit different location and this chipotle too.Concern is having plastic stuff in food and service by employees. They need training. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this establishment. I have visited this place on two occasions, and unfortunately, I have encountered the same issue both times. During my first visit, I noticed that the server, who happened to be the same lady, provided smaller portion sizes. She even resorted to shaking the spoon in an attempt to make some meat fall off, thus giving me less. I expressed my concern about this matter, and in response, she reluctantly added two extra pieces of meat. However, she made it clear that unless I wanted double meat, that was all she could offer. As I was in the process of paying, another customer, who was being served by the same lady, raised the same issue regarding portion sizes. This led to a small argument between the customer, myself, and the server. During my second visit, I found myself standing behind a big bodybuilder who was ordering a burrito. To my surprise, he received double meat. I couldn't help but wonder if the lady was making judgments based on people's appearances or something similar. Every time I requested steak, it was evident that she was serving me a minimal amount. When I questioned if that was all she intended to put on my bowl, she confirmed and, reluctantly, added a measly half scoop more when I asked for double meat. Due to these unsatisfactory experiences, I have decided not to return to this particular Chipotle location. Instead, I recommend visiting another establishment where you can get your money's worth.

We needed to grab a quick bite for dinner and figured this would be a good place to get a bowl. How hard could it be to put some rice beans and meet into a bowl and be on your way right? Was I wrong. The line was wrapped around the room about 15 customers. In roughly 8 minute they were able to serve 4 customers. What was even more disturbing is that we could see there were seven employees working and two of them were just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I should have asked why but literally they were standing in one spot and one of them was talking on their phone for about 5 minutes. I will say there were two people that looked like they maybe knew what the word hustle meant but other than that it was a nightmare and all the customers were observing in frustration. Come on Chipotle, teach some values to your employees!

Staff was not very helpful. Service was very slow and even though there was a line wrapped around the inside of the restaurant no one seemed to care less about being efficient, or quicker with taking care of people. It was quite embarrassing to see that take place. I will not be attending this location anytime soon.

Every time we eat there they give you 98% rice. You are lucky if you get 4 tiny pieces of meat. A couple beans. It’s awful for what you actually get.
