It was horrible I’ve been here multiple times and it was great but this time it was different I came here with my grandma to have a joying meal but it ended up to be the opposite the service good to serve are stuff but the stuff they were serving was a nightmare to eat and tried to eat and ended up like this Ryan trahan please eat here for your 1 star restaurant videos

We had delicious food that tasted high quality. Prices were good for the quality of the food. Our server was outstanding also. We were a pretty large party and she kept the drinks full and got us everything we needed. The tres leches cake was probably the best I've ever had.

We had a wonderful experience at Chuy’s thanks to our server, James. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing, and his positive energy really added to our dining experience. It’s clear he takes pride in providing great service. We’ll definitely be back, and hope to sit in his section again.

It was a long wait time before I got served it was busy I am at understanding person and I have updated my review Management apologized for the long wait time and got me taken care of i will visit this location again.

I always have pretty good experiences at this location, but then something happened and I can’t wrap my head around the lack of service.
I called on Monday and spoke with someone about a reservation. They mentioned that they had to transfer me to a manager. I get transferred and they set up the reservation for my wife’s birthday. I sent out the info to her family and friends already and got RSVPs back.
I get a voicemail Friday and return the call but no one from the restaurant answered. I get through Saturday morning to be told there’s nothing they can do bc they don’t take reservations for weekends. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before, so I can understand that. I tell the gentleman that I spoke to a manager and he approved it already though and I sent this out. He says they’re happy to help if I move it to a weekday and told me to make sure I talk to a manager going forward.
I’m not disappointed bc of the answer I got, but by the lack of service. If someone took my info down and verbally told me the reservation is secured, how would I know it isn’t? Then when I mention it, I’m advised that I should talk to a manager next time. That’s who I thought I spoke to in the first place.
